It's just for hooh's and some mods.
Afaik the only thing other than hooh that using it is ekan studio item (reactive onomatopeia and SFX) and meinabox's gimmick (record tracker and paperplane gimmick).
As for hooh's item it should work with all of his mods except joint, piston, rotator and shaker. So it should works for volumetric lighting, drag and railed tracker, anchor, hijack look and eye, lookat gimmick, scripted dick, dick navigator, puller and xray womb.

What do you mean by enabling it?
All loaded mods are enabled. If you want to disable some, you need to make the plugin can't find it by removing it from mods directory or simply rename the extension to other than .zipmod.

Sorry I meant it like how do you show the studio item ui, I didn't download the sideloader modpack since it was to big, and so I just nitpick mods that are required in the tutorial, and now I found out that to use the new Hooh gimmick hijack look you need to use the studio item to set the target, now I don't know how to show that studio item ui to set the target, or maybe i'm just missing some mods to have the studio item (if so please let me know).

Its difficult to explain if you're nitpicking the mods.
I think the item+ menu at left side bar is from plugin.
There are 3 dll you need, something named hooah, hooahutil and auracore.
Try check /bepinex/plugins directory
Auracore is needed for other mods that utilized item+ menu e.g. ekan studio items and meinabox gimmick and additional expression.

But the gimmick items such as drag tracker and hijack look should be in the gimmick zipmod.
Iirc it's already included in the repack, not the optional modpack.
Try check /mods/sideloader/hooh directory and see what you got there.

Have you tried searching it using the find menu at the left side bar? Try searching it using "hooh" keyword first.

But looking at your screenshot, why the available items are so little? I mean judging from the scroll bar size.
In my client, even without Optional Studio mods, the scroll bar is way smaller which means I have more items available.

You downloaded it from the right source.
Well its up to you. You can try download the HS2 first before deleting the AI.
But since you said that you dont have much storage, its a hard choice.

Just put it inside/mods directory
Every mods inside there will be loaded automatically.

Yes.
Just try run the studio and search for it. If you cant find it, maybe it need other mods as its dependency.

I installed Hooh's scripted penis mod, but I can't find the actual model in StudioNeo at all (it should be add/item/hooh A/hooh ecchi or something but I can't even find hooh A). I've searched the forums for answers and even did a fresh install of the entire game and it's still the same thing. Did anyone manage to find a fix?

It seems that my problem and yours are quite similar.

Well... Tbh, thats what you get from nitpicking the mods.
Getting the whole optional modpack then pick what you need afterwards is less headache rather than nitpicking beforehand.
Try add the mod I attached. Probably thats what you need.
