1) If you're in the character maker, adjust the light values, change the white values in skin color or open up graphic editor and play around with the bloom values. It's like that cause of the reflectivity of the skin. Not quite so bad in the studio cause you're using different lighting. But you'll get that effect depending on the skin used and how white it is.I have two questions. Some character cards I uploaded to the studio have skin that shines like this. Edit: Here's the third question: How can I remove the tattoos on the character? The "Nothing" option is already selected in the Paint section.
2) That seems to be an issue with that hair. I usually solve it when using those mods by using the "buzz" cut in any unused hair section (like if there's no bangs, I'll use buzz in it). Basically covers the bare skin and looks better.
3) As AmaNo4 says, Tattoos that aren't in the tattoo section is most likely an overlay.
