SofterSelfShadowing, I believe. You can disable it in the plugin settings in the F1 menu.

Cant w/o premium, just mouse middleclick on each and the'll start poping up in the download list. Alternatively you can use JDownloader to get all at once.

That happened to me recently after I updated my mods with KKmanager. It messed up the permissions of my folders, might wanna check that.
