I'm guessing this was a while ago since most of his newer cards look like they have more than one costume

There's quite a few of these types of creators on pixiv tbh, the stuff they make looks real good but they only share to a limited amount of ppl

Maybe the character have the body xukmi mod. Try this: go material editor body, TessSmooth to 0.

The only thing I can think is for the clothes? If the mod isn't shabby and rigged well... (I'd have to test the second one you linked, though)
