Either way he said the update is on testing phase, will drop any day now.

I have a genuine question.
So, supposedly, 4/5 events have been made and the last event is why it's not released yet. Then dev said he won't be able to finish the 5th event on time, so dev will release it later in the year. If so, why haven't they released the supposed "finished 4 events" by now? What's stopping them?
