You likely used a mod or something. Meaning you have to wait until that gets updated or start a new playthrough. That's the only reason your saves wouldn't work, as far as I know. Since all of my 7 playthrough saves work with no issue and I don't use any mods with them.

I don't think this is the consequence of inbreeding (reminder that first-generation offspring of incest are statistically speaking only barely higher at risk of genetic defects. However, repeated inbreeding is what exponentially increases that chance), but rather has something to do with Selina being able to realize she is in a vision and even overpower Mirta's influence - a freakin' deity.

From what I gather, he's referring to the doctor visit, the extended oral sex during the ball where Elis has the prince ring and the opening section of the coup. Where Elis eats Lia out on the table again. I wouldn't really consider all of that important for her path, personally. Just some additional appetizer for the later stuff. Which all paths have access to.

Dunno what or who 'Mysterious Woman' and that Cat represents but it seems they are on opposite sides on everything just like Mirta and Red Emperor. It seems Mirta and Cat disapproves -or simply they are afraid of her- the child while Red Emperor approves and I suspect M.W would have too, given that she is also complains about the 'wheel' like Red Emperor.

I am literally replaying that scene (the wedding dinner blowjob) and I don't see any "exclusive" renders for Bookworm MC - there is no perk check before that scene, just the check to see if the blowjob happens at all.
