I don't think there is a way to spare her on the red path. Either Callahan or Isis assist in her killing, but the result is the same: Elis delivers a speech while covered in Cass's blood.

Yeah, exactly that. I couldn't ever do a path that killed any of his sisters or his mother. they're off the table. I could be convinced to kill mostly anybody else, but never those 4.

Understandable, but is very much the spirit of the game. You can rationalize it away a bit by considering the mythical and magical elements, so most of MCs family may tick a bit different since they have elf heritage. Other species may not have the 1 to 1 application of us humans.
Also, maybe MC isn't as closely related to them due to a plot twist later on, though I could easily be wrong about that.

Imma be real with you - if at any point in the story, elves are revealed to be okay with incest, it would bombard this game.
And MC not being related to the LIs doesn’t even make sense, since Seraphina immediately recognized him as her son.
Now, can we stop talking about i-cest? Lets keep this on the down-low…
