I don't get it. If you don't want to join the coup but don't want to kill Cas, then you will have the white coronation.

Are you saying you just wanna go back to being a nobody prince on the fringes of nowhere until the elves take power?
I think you forget that at this point of the story, the prince is in the complete dark about what the Elves are upto. At least I was, or as a matter of act still am since I haven't played further yet. The only vague clues I uncovered was:
  • Eavesdropped on mother and the teacher while they were talking about the elves.
  • Had a very weird vision when tripping on the white blood.
Now I don't know how it went for your playthrough, but for me the King didn't like me enough to name me heir. Fair enough, I bent the knee for mother's sake but sure as hell I wasn't going to kiss his hand or give the ring to any of his chosen girls. In-fact, combine the white blood visions and the vision in the temple about your sisters, I wasn't even keen about making a call on who to choose. It was way too many red flags and doubts at this point.

But back to your question: I don't get why you thought I wanna live in obscurity- I just said I WAS living a simple life. I'm not going to suddenly develop a taste for murder to acquire the crown just because my sister is angling for it. The MC I'm playing(bookworm) doesn't have that type of cut throat personality. On the contrary, I expected him to pull diplomatic maneuvering to get to the throne. Guess I was expecting too much?

Yeah, it should have been a cuddling, spoon-feeding, hand-holding journey until the end. Now MC has to make a non ideal decision since a NPC dares to have agency and make a move on their own.
What the heck are you on about, my dude? All I said was, I'm not going to kill or hate Cass for what she intends to do, so I'm definitely going that way- whatever may happen. But, don't tag me as Golden Order apologist either. Is that too "childish" to point out? Suddenly her taking agency and me refusing it, is me being a royal stooge even though I stuck down the tribunal's judgement and broke the order not days ago? Am I the only one who sees this as odd?

You don't really need to kiss the King's ass to be named heir. You just have to not blindly follow what Cass tells you. As she's intentionally sabotaging you. As well as not intentionally throw, like putting Lia at risk for her adventure lust. Otherwise, you get named heir with little effort. From what I remember, you only really need to do like 2 out of 5 or so things for the King to name you heir. That must mean you either completely played against him, or played into Cass scheme.

Cass: "Do everything I tell you to."
Someone's Elis: "Okay."
Cass: "Good, king hates you now, so help me stage a coup and take power."
Someone's Elis: "What?!? That's crazy."

Pretty much what happened. Meanwhile, she's about to crash out at the dinner table, if you're named heir. She couldn't even hide her intentions.
What intentions are those in your opinion? I always viewed it as it was showing us that she HAD faith that she could win us over to her side. While her Uncle had been telling her that she couldn't. So that was her realising that he's probably right, and that she can't actually rely on us. And she didn't like the thought that we were going to be against her as well.

Or do you think she was just butthurt that she was losing the throne to the MC officialy?

I'm glad you guys are standing on business when it comes to your playthrough styles :ROFLMAO:, it really shows how nerve-wracking and well-made this game is.

I myself have 4 different paths ongoing, none of which are my original "main" path.
I went into this game trying to be careful, and got owned by everyone for sitting on the fence for too long.

Don't hesitate to retry the game with a path you feel more on par with...

I already stated her intentions. Also, she didn't lose the throne to Elis. She was never in the running in the first place. I'm not even sure why you're bringing that up. That's something she's aware of herself.

Previews so far don't give me any hope for Cass content.
Cass as a character is in a precarious spot, where making scenes for her is making scenes for only 1/4th of the possible paths in the game.

Her path is very exclusive, while all the other girls are romanceable equally across all paths.

I understand why there’s little Cass content, and why LM is hesitant to spend time making it.

Sorry, I meant more in the sense of she was losing her chance to rule THROUGH Elis, and not literally rule herself.

...Because it's a forum for discussing the game and its characters. So I thought it would be nice to see how others view Cass and her motives? :ROFLMAO:

Like some people might view her as not caring about Elis much at all really, and that she is just looking to use him as a puppet so she can have power and rule. While others might believe she does genuinely just want to see Elis on the throne because she believes in him. So she just wants to support him.

Thought it would be nice to see how some view it, that's all.

Confirmed pregnancies as of 1.0 are:
  • Peasant's daughter (from the trip to the West)
  • Isis / Aurora
  • Elin
Unconfirmed by story, but by script & variable code:
  • Rose
  • Spring
  • Valleria
Unconfirmed, just creampied:
  • Lia (twice now, both avoidable)
  • Seraphina (twice, unavoidable if on her path)
  • Cassandra (twice, avoidable if on her path)
  • Peasant's wife (avoidable)
  • Sonya (twice now, unavoidable if on her path)
Where was in the update that Elin's Pregnant I don't remember, Where was it?

Oh no, Cass didn't look pregnant, since LM said there will be a time jump in 1.1, so I have to assume MC's first two creampie failed to get their job done, can't wait for our twisted yandere big sis carry our incest load:p
Same thing for Lia - two creampies and still nothing. Here’s hoping 1.1 confirms their pregnancy before the time skip.

Otherwise LM would just be too cruel to us…

Cass does look unusually happy? Content? In the preview above… could be because of a certain infantile reason…

Everyone keeps screaming pregnancy every single time there's a scene but I feel like LM won't include pregnancy YET if that character's pregnancy would interfere in their role in the story. Cass and Lia both being unmarried would raise a few eyebrows if they got pregnant and Cass is a fairly active and physical character who is capable of fighting. Getting her pregnant would essentially bench her. We'll probably get pregnant Cass later in the story but right now is a really bad time for it

Yeah I have to say you are damn right on this (Although my little brother was furious), technically both Cass and Lia have very good reasons for not being pregnant, Lia escaped since she was still in the age of that hybrid fever, lower pregnancy risk. Cass was much more experienced\ rational, and capable of using some contraceptive poison or herd to prevent herself from becoming pregnant. BUT ALL THESE WAITING ONLY MAKE MY FINAL VICTORY TASTE EVEN BETTER. I can fully imagine LM set up a plot of how MC found out Cass was using birth control and giving us option to replace her pill with some colorful sugar water. I believe our eye patch big sisi will be very "pleased" after she starts vomiting and finds her abdomen not so flat three months later hhh:p

Or Cass' pregnancy will be exclusive to the path of redemption. Considering that she has more content on the Green path than on the White path
