My only complain with the story so far is how MC interacts with the Queen. There's little to no seduction, eroticism or tension going on. He dismisses all her signals and acts like a stereotypical horny creep who has never touched a woman before. She's clearly a neglected dame in need and it would appear to me that MC life's mission is to put her completely off with his antics, which is both cringe and frustrating at the same time. The Queen seems to be one of the fan favorites judging by this thread, yet her story line has been one of the weakest thus far.

Yeah Elin there is a lot of love driving things, for Lia a lot of lust but for the mom... meh. Kind of the first time in a game I go back and choose to just ignore a LI since the moms romance kind of kills MC's character for her. I mean sure he's a horny bastard as you see with the farmers daughter the tavern wench and a few others but raping your mom? come on man

I hope we start to see the actual harem take shape and that it has romance with all the lust. I want the girls to know about each other and accept it.
Hell LM could use Ophelia's super horniness and love for Elin to further open the door with the Queen who we also know is going through some kind of elven heat and is super horny.
She finds out sees Lia's happiness and says fuck it we ball. A man can dream.

If you choose to have a vision of the past when the mysterious lady offers it, it is revealed that Sybilla, Cassandra's mother, had actually killed Regis instead of the opposite which means that whoever married MC's mom and produced him and his sisters is not the original Regis. It can't be his brother Conrad either because he is still around.

So who is he? Well, Elin's portals provide us with a possible explanation. In every parallel world they visit, MC and his family existed in one way or another. I believe that the current Regis did in fact come from another world and replaced the deceased one. This also means that Cassandra is the only remaining heir of the original Regis.

Hm, bit lacking update compared how good the last was, still ok.
Saddly no good content with the mother or Ellin.
Thought, i really dislike this alternative world nonsense with Ellin when you are on the Mage path...it really doesn't fit and just disturbs the flow of the story.

I think you have to turn down Cass's plan and capture her and choose to execute her and Priscilla.

No, I think you have it backwards: remember that the weird lady told Elis that the visions of the past are a "mirrored reality" type-situation, which means that the vision actually shows him the truth - that Regis killed Cass' mother by accident, while attempting to rape her. I think the roles in that situation were mirrored but not the act itself (accidental killing), which he covered up to avoid shame.

And then there is Isis which told you she will make sure if a pregnant girl turns up she will make sure the girl and the kid will vanish...curious of her reaction if the MC starts to knock up his family where the kids would have a right to the throne...

Don't forget if you're on the path where you sided with Cass and made a certain promise then married Isis that shit will come to a head as well.
Personally I hope on that path that the MC can fully harden and become dominant and keep Isis and her "shadow" in check.
Who knows maybe she'll click with Cass because they have so much in common being murderous power-hungry psychopaths that lust after the would be Emperor's half-elven schlong.

For most VN every update is about what new chick MC gets to bang this time, or what new "sex thing" he gets to do with one of those chicks. And I am not complaining about it. But for this VN I like the world, power dynamics, mystery, story, etc. LazyMonkey has crafted.

Jokes aside you summed up my thoughts well, most VN's out of nowhere we get a new character when there's barely any build up with most of the other characters, and that just keeps happening over and over until it ends at a point where none of the character's storylines were explored to a satisfying degree, with this one it's kind of the opposite, all main characters are getting a good enough exploration and there's also enough side-characters with impactful scenes.

Overall excellent game

Alright I've played through all the routes good bad and slightly douchey with the 3 "classes" of the MC and while I love Elin the parallel reality stuff with the portals is really killing my vibe for the game.
I may have to avoid the mage route if the dev is gonna lean into that.

Yeah, i'd rather see the MC becomming a powerfull mage and be actually usefull in combat.
not this comedy show with x other Elins and runing arround a modern school, or hiding in a bathroom...these parts are the weakest of the story so far.

Not true, even for IC. For example, this update (0.7), we got two possible sexy times with some random women - instead of adding more "branching" to the dialogue with the Queen Mother. During their "encounter" in the woods, she doesn't even mention the fact that she had sex with him or that her son went down on her just a few nights before. I'd prefer if that event was talked about, rather than get another dry humping scene (even if it was unfortunately gimped). Progress the relationships, don't just add meaningless lewd scenes to take up precious time.

There is that thigh job scene, but LM did warn us that it was going to be gimped because of an error on his part. It is what it is. The dialogue in that scene is what bothers me, not the scene itself.
