I think you're right about it being a counsel meeting. The woman could be the tower counsel (Praetorius is the only male wizard we know of because they have a tendency to blow themselves up). She can't be the gold counsel, because that position isn't inherited, that's just a cover for Callahan being immortal.

Maybe you're right (she can be a Praetorius's predecessor), but we don't know, when Callahan became a vampire. Plus, his elder brother (Rowan) is an ex-groom of Cass and other counselors (as mininum, Arcadia) doesn't know about his skills (white path, storming a castle)

During the ball, Callahan accidentally lets slip that he remembers the last time there was a dual wedding. At the earliest, that would have had to have been during the time of the old king (the Red Emperor's father).

Thanks for the interesting detail (indirect evidence of Callahan's real age), but Elis (on green path, bookworm) said next phrase: "You've consistently brought more into the treasury than anyone else before you" - so, Callahan has a predecessors on the Golden counselor's post (although, is a possibility, that he was played roles during number of generations - his "father", his "grandfather",... - with a huge risk of disclosure - the same social circle / along with that, the riddle "Callahan (old vampire) is younger brother of Rowan" is solved upon this condition)...

NICE! Better than mine haha! Although Henry should be qualified as Deceased since he dies on all outcomes.

I don't think he dies on the Republic route. His dad never gets a hit on him with his sword, only a few punches. I've always read his collapse as a massive adrenaline crash.

He dies because he gives the knife of the republic to Elis and Elis has to now choose who to appoint as leader between Valetinian and Crassius (I think I spelled their name right)

Goddamn, this game is starting to become a more than capable replacement of Game of Thrones with the cherry on top that is the Queen Mother! Love the short and sweet character descriptions. Arrested Development fans here as well (Light Treason) lol.
