I still think she'll use her illusion magic for it. It's the most obvious solution here. It won't be easy though. As even Elis felt something was off about it. But if the King got a bit too tipsy one night, she should be able to get him. Hell, for all we know. Her ability might even work while someone is sleeping. Which should make it a bit more easier, if he passed out.
Give the King the craziest wet dream ever.
I honestly don't think he would care just like he didn't seem to care about whether or not Elis was part of the coup. He'd just say it was destined to happen or something

I don't think the King is that far gone that he would be okay with his son fucking and impregnating his wife. Especially when said wife is also his son's own mother. That right there would tarnish his legacy more, if it got out. Compared to whether Elis joined the Coup or not. He can forgive a coup because he did one himself.
Why would the king let it come to light? I think it's more that he knows the child isn't his, but doesn't care and claims the child is his anyway. The whole thing about the coup isn't about forgiving Elis and more that Regis is a big believer in faith and prophecy and thinks this type of thing was destined to happen. I'm pretty sure Alania, Elis, and Lia are the only ones who know that Regis is sterile.

What do you mean why he would let it come to light? That's not the main point. The point is that he's just not going to be okay with his son fucking his wife. Fate and prophecy doesn't have anything to do with Elis fucking his mom. Even Sera herself pointed out that he doesn't believe in every prophecy that was whispered to him. And I highly doubt the King got word of some big prophecy involving incest with his son and wife.
And even on the unlikely chance that the King would somehow allow it to happen and doesn't reveal anything himself, it doesn't mean there's no way for others to find out. Hell, Valerian nearly, if not flat out caught Elis eating Elin out at the tavern. Elis isn't exactly subtle and neither is Sera. So even if the King wouldn't care for whatever reason. He's not just going to say sure, keep fucking your mom, get her pregnant and don't get caught! I'm not going to react, it's fate after all. What kind of reaction is that? Especially when the chance of someone finding out isn't exactly low.
As for the second bit, we don't actually know how many people know about "Regis" being sterile. There's many secrets that are going around in the kingdom. And it's not like Alaina killed every single person who knows of that secret. Not to mention, it doesn't take much to put together that the King hasn't been with Sera alone much at all. Especially since he was recovering. The King can try to hold his tongue, but that doesn't mean those around him won't know anything.
But hey, anything's possible, I suppose. I definitely don't think he's just going to be okay with it though.
Unless Elis does something stupid(which he might) it's extremely unlikely for it to ever come to life. Everyone else will just naturally assume the child is Regis without Regis having to say or do anything. The fact that Alania is keeping Regis sterile isn't widely known. There's frankly no real reason to ever assume the child is Elis even if the queen is suspected to be having an affair they'd assume it was someone else.
I feel like you haven't really been paying attention. Regis compeltely believes in prohecy 100%. He just believes that the prophets Sera sent him recently were false prophets and that the ones that told him about the coup and encouraged him to exile Elis were geniune. He directly says that. And why are you saying it's not prophecy that Elis gets the queen pregnant. How would you know that? If the child is going to be super important in the future then that's probably going to be in the prohecy. I feel like your focusing on the complete wrong thing all together. I don't even understand why you would assume it's not part of a prophecy.
And who is spouting whispers about the king being sterlie? Alania is literally the only character who says anything about that. Not even Conrad mentions it.
You're focusing on the idea that the king would be upset because that's a reasonable reaction and your not taking into account Regis as a character. He's not a regular guy he's a total weirdo obsessed with prophecy. That was the actual reason he didn't care about the coup and he says that. He wasn't thinking about the fact he did a coup once just that one prophet told him Elis would do that and then he decided that you can't fight fate. Even when he wakes up he literally says it was just something that was destined to happen. He's not going to get pissed and suspicious and expose Elis. He doesnt really seem to care about anything and already knows his days are numbered. Unless Elis and the Queen have sex in public nobody is likely to find out even if they suspect the child isn't Regis, and Regis is unlikely to expose Sera's lie whether he believes her or not.

I don't think it will be happened soon as in this update we already knew that she is too weak to have child, until her health getting improved or she will miscarry again like this time.

i mean during the white path when your taking the throne he literally tries to defend his father even as his father was plunging his kingdom into failure and even when his father cant do anything to harm him he still simps over him and deepthroats him, heck he even supports "the golden order" just because a bunch of dead men who some were literally psycho paths who wanted to conquer the world followed it, like he's so stupid he cant even ask himself if the golden order isn't good especially when so much pieces of shits follow it and followed it.

My run is demonic lmao this game is too nice, repetitive even being able to get different scenes is fun. My run consists of getting bar woman my first kill, getting bar maiden double kill, my wife, Killing Spree! Josephina, Dominating! Elin, Mega Kill! Sera Unstoppable! Dwarf woman Wicked Sick! Valeria Monster Kill! Ophelia GODLIKE! Cass Beyond GODLIKE! They're pretty much lucky that Alaina isn't available yet and that mage friend and big girl friend of Elin. Oh and Val. I don't think so, as long as she has hybrid fever, Lia cannot get pregnant due to miscarriages.
Now I am not sure if miscarriage is due to the hybrid fever or pregnancy causes hybrid fever to flare up
