Not sure about Elin. But I would assume a large part of the earlier cast of women should be close to giving birth. Those like Val, Sona (?) and the Forest Nymph. If they haven't already.

No there are no femdom scenes. Even when we support Cass in Coup, she becomes submissive when it's time to have sex with MC and she is becoming more submissive by each update so I don't think we will be having any women in this game who will be dominant to MC in bed at least.

Alaina comes off as leaning more in the dominant direction. Mainly in the Mage Path. Though, she has very little scenes that there's no real telling what direction she will go.
Then again, I'm not even sure I would allow that to happen with any of my MCs. I definitely don't trust Alaina.

To your point, the replay asks is Cass submissive or dominant in the oral scenes, to show if MC is giving or receiving head.

yeah LM was pretty pissed last time for not meeting 2 months deadline so now he really wants to make sure that he release 1.0 update before the two months deadline, he still have over a month to make the deadline and since 50% is already completed, it is going to be easy for him.
Ah. Here's MC's sister telling him the old joke:
