If you're looking for an ending, you gotta go check sealed secret door (at around room 9? - there should be a lever behind the barrel and 2 toothy monsters on each side), can check the map - should look like a secret basement area. After you check the sealed door, purchase unsealing thingy from the witch and go unseal the door. Beat the boss there and New Game + starts with monsters gaining few levels.
I think im retarded, is there an excitement abr or indicator other than the MC changing stances? or is it something that you get from a tool or something?

Hey do you know if the later versions from your screenshot here have the Nipple Ring and the Lewd crest? I haven't come across those and I am on my 4th soon to be 5th play-through. I have pretty much been experimenting and exploring all the features the game offers after beating it a few times now and the only time I get any sort of "Crest" is when I get caught by the Octopus Demon and during his "2nd Round" he shifts from boob-play to putting a curse on Nirvana.

If you're playing through the most recent modded/trial version then you'd have to get the cursed equipment from interacting with the orb in the starting room. As for base game, I can't imagine that version 1.18 would be missing the items, nor would I imagine they were moved. The cursed equipment does not drop randomly, mind you, you have to get them from their specific chests. The Octopus Demon simply drops/applies the Lewd Seal which just makes Nirvana loose a level per orgasm (unless you're on the easiest difficulty which removes this mechanic outright)

In previous game there was a pink "aphrodisiac" bar. In this game I think there also is something similar, but not displayed, bar goes down slowly over time and fills by ...ehm.. "aprodisiac attacks" I guess...
anything similar to this (sidescroller, pixel, great animations)? the first few levels got me excited but the gameplay enjoyment dropped after that...
The dev has been cooking, a DLC for the game.
