Storywise that would require already changing most dialogues and overall setting. Even putting a variable where you could change auntie for any other word of your choice would be a bit troublesome.
To me a clearly mature lady, married who eventually falls into temptation works well enough. IMO in this kind of stories the key is the female charas deisgn and for now the dev is doing well enough compare to average similar games.

Without knowing where the story is going it does seem like it would be a good candidate for a patch to make Alexandra his mother's sister instead of friend.
i liked UFO and the dev's work so i checked this out, there isnt much here yet so i dont have much feedback, but i do have one question. how much horror will be there be? like is this a scary story with nudity/sex or is this a porn with a horror element. i may fall off this on but only because im not a fan of horror, not a critism and nothing to really do with the game.
I would not like to give spoilers and everyone has a different understanding of what scary is.
I think future versions of this game will answer your questions.

you have now renamed your story to "NIGHTMARE WITH MOM" and hope that patreon will accept that? i have my doubts - maybe "our DARK secret" would have been a better choice.
a version 0.6 is already published on patreon (but only android mac is shown) also available for pc and will you start working on version 0.8 next week, or will 0.8 already be released next week ?
