That's good to know, despite the long time without updates. What did the Dev post before vanishing? Anything good?

I guess I haven't looked since last December or so for an update so fair enough that he'd have disappeared in February perhaps. Regardless, I'm sure he'll be back to work on it at some point. In terms of content yeah Incubus Island was alright so far, some really interesting concepts, my only problem with it is that it's so much work for just one man. Every time he suggested a concept I was more and more surprised because the complexities of the code must really get wild.
There were some fun storylines so far, one where you bang the mom of a kid that's a bully, a girl in a park who's sweet, a hopeful model, etc. Though at the same time there was some added tediousness perhaps where you needed a job, and to pay rent, etc. (Though that was meant to correspond with unique events as well.)
I've downloaded the Zotscheetter mod but not sure where to put the files as the images don't work. Where do I unzip this properly?

I don't enjoy text games for the most part. However, I really enjoy this game. It's premise really appeals to me and the idea there's a couple different ways you can handle each girl is great. The achievement system is cool as I try to unlock them all. I'd like to create a mod for the game. Which leads me to two questions:
2) Where did you get the altered photos of pregnant pornstars? Was that photoshop or a site? If I do a mod that would be really helpful to me.

Unzip in the "mod" subdirectory. Then in the game, enable it by clicking on the "Image mods" button on the left side panel.
He photoshopped them himself. He made a how-to guide on his blog. If you scroll down in the feed I linked, you'll find it; search for "How to Efficiently Impregnate a Jpeg".
Huh neat blogposts, but I'm led to believe that it's been 11 months since the last big dev update on II. (Though the ones there are undated it's clear he made #19 in December sometime, so 2022.) Hopefully there's one coming sometime soon, or one day a F95 post for Incubus Island at least. I would understand if he thought it premature right now though.

Thanks. I grinded this game over the past 24 hours. I think what makes me like this game is it's theme (impregnation) and the various pathways with each girl/different scenarios/endings/marriages/tokuns. You don't realize when you start playing how to get the girl or tokun or ending. It's surprisingly in-depth. The photos/mods help as well. For example, Shinoa. You could just follow her home and have your way with her. But if you want to do it the right way you need to see her at the market, go home and sleep then go on the web and seduce her there. So part of the charm for me was figuring it out (with generous help from the wiki and cheat codes). And that's not the end of it. To unlock certain tokuns you need to be in certain scenarios. So tons of replayability for me.
I am curious about one of the females in the game, the best friend's wife... how do you unlock her? From my experience, you just talk to the friend and make plans to do something but then go to sleep at night and... nothing?
I really want to add my own girls to a mod and have at it. Brandi Love as Joy Smith, Cory Chase as Darlene, etc.

Is this how it's suppossed to look in files?
I really like this game, never found anything to replace it tough, i've had done most of the achievments and endins previosly and don't feel like playing it much more.
Anyone know of similar ones? I really like the harem, corruption, mind control and impregnation side of things, i also really like progression and seeing my character geting more powerfull.

You've fallen for the curse of the incubus. You will look for a game like this one and you will find games with corruption, rape and pregnancy and you will think that "maybe this is the one", but corruption will be a character seducing a love interest, rape will be a light grope of a drunk character and pregnancy will be a dream or a single render on the epilogue. There is no game like this one and you will never find anything like it. We're doomed to search for it and only find disappointment.

How to get friends wife? I've gone to club, done violet and skye. Violet route takes all time even with longer season start. I remember getting an ending saying that I could go to wedding next season or something but nothing changes
That's "fan created content". IIRC Violet and Skye was as far as said fan got with that scenario.
Is there a sure-fire way to get the Long-Lost Twin secret ending, or is it always random? The wiki guide says it could be anybody young, and the book isn't helpful unless "fapping to japanese cartoons" is some kind of hint.
