Like the Black Book, the Red dossier add information about the girls statut. I find it more immersiv and well think to know where you are (If you use a savegame, you can check visually what is done (ex: Darlene weather is pregnant or not)).
If you don't know for the Black Book either, this item add information to know before the end the ending who are available, mother ending already obtain, etc...
The two are usefull to unlock ending/beginning.

I believe if you awaken your hypnotic abilities before going there, and use your powers on the parents, she'll slip you her number before they leave. Then, after you finish "babysitting", you'll be able to call her and hook up.

i confirm you need a minimum of hypnotic power (five if i remember) to be able to seduce her. Or you can rape her if you have rape rose martinez, rape all of her daughters (lockpit is useful) and have unlock the long version of fucking shauna o'shay.

You have two possibility to fuck her: One with hypno/find the gun or one with the drug.
If you have rape rose martinez before going hypno/gun shauna, you unlock a longer scene than the usual (where the rape of rose is evocate . And if you have rape the five daugthers before, you unlock a special following events who can unlock a special ending with shauna (and the beginning dirty cop).

With the 1.6.4. Study/pizza/ignore/prudence If you have enough skill to seduce 4/5. If you go directly from the start, you can't seduce 4/5.

So what skill exactly do I need? I have 41 in Mind Powers, Sexual Performance and Inhuman Nature and still cant get more than two with that combination?

To put it bluntly, you can't. @Wape has said several times that you can't seduce all 5 sisters. He might change that in a future update, but as of the current version 4/5 is the best you can get.

Im not trying to seduce all five, I;m trying to seduce 4, the best I have been able to get is 3?

You can rape them all in once with an high Brutality score or if you have the lockpit, one by one, (Thief scenario or buy to Midnight Fence ) and starting with the girls that you can't seduce this time (after an option appear to rape the other ).
the beast has too high brutality so he'll just rape them as soon as they're alone
if you have brutality 4 then you can get all 4

I've completed v1.7. The main changes are 1) a bunch of new marriages, 2) graphics and presentation, 3) modding system is fully functional including built-in support for sp1ker's video mod (which has been updated since he last posted it - see game for instructions).
It is my intent that this is the last content update I make before focusing on my RPG engine for a while. So bug fixes and mod updates are probably all I'll be doing for the next month at least. (I've made this claim before though so take it with a grain of salt.)
I'll update the main post when I have it uploaded to 3 different places.
I don't know what exactly the level of demand is for the modding, but to those who may be interested: Let me know if my instructions are clear and, if they aren't, where they can be improved.
@Drakvius It's a bug that has been fixed since, but if you got the TTTT token while it existed, it will always be in your possession. (I have a token in my possession called "_tokens[_i] token" because of this.)
