Gave this one a whirl and the ladies are indeed top notch but I'm not sure if it's the Engrish or something else but the dialogues seems like a horny 12 year old who just read their first Hustler mag wrote them. Sure it's a porn game but it got tiresome after awhile. I mainly skipped all the conversations until I pulled the plug on this one. Plus the every other dialogue was an inner dialogue got old really fast as well.

Hi, I'm playing IndecentDesires, and sometimes I'm at home but there is no one around. so how do I progress in the storyline? I cant even go to sleep

Some bugs.
This game really needs a thorough bug testing by the dev playing through all the routes. I found 2 at the start of "sand box"
Trying to go into the player bathroom from the hallway after piss, prior to seeing aiko/aunt
Being rude/blackmail aiko can't seem to visit her and aunt in bathroom after piss when you first get control. "I don't want to go in there right now."
Some doors constantly stay locked. (bathroom from hallway/outdoor shower)
The movement mechanic of the game is extremely tedious for the player to move MC around.
The renders/characters look good, except MC's penis which looks like a plastic dildo.
The sex scenes are nice but look to be slow moving or jerky/laggy.
If you have sex with the nurse straight away, there is no statement of where MC cums.

You got to wonder what the review system is here for, when so many of the five star reviews for this game practically are just "Great renders, story has potential."
You are not supposed to give 5 stars to a game for that. Five stars basically means the game is already near perfection.
It does everything right. That's what you give the highest rating for.
Not good renders and a story you think is promising.
This game had issues from the start and ever since it became a sandbox it turned to boring, tedious crap, but of course that's only my opinion and it's cool if you like it more than I do, but don't give a five star rating to a game just for the renders.
If the renders were the only thing important in a game, we wouldn't need games at all, we could just run slideshows with daz3d models.
