Not really chapter 7. it's going to be V.001. The first 6 chapters are now considered an intro and is more of a VN.

Beginning with this new update, it's going to be a game, a full-on sandbox click fest.

Killed my interest. Makes me sad, because I really enjoyed it up until now.

Edit: Seems like 0.1 starts at the same place as Chapter 6. I think all is included

Looks like you need to start from scratch unless that note about saves from the clinic in the OP is true.

It's the complete game. You can start from scratch or from end for chapter 3.

Interesting game, but I don't like when Sarah initially lets you do stuff, Aiko etc but then boots you out, game over!
