I mean the game lost any salvation after a couple of updates and the prostitution route meant MC gets pegged by a bunch of transsexuals. Yet for some reason everyone was holding out hope for some sort of normalcy and an MC harem route.
I honestly don't blame the dev at this point. He gave a vote a while back and I guess all the patreons like pegging as a kink.
Personally I only sign up when he releases more content on Enlargments or the animations.

Not everyone. I myself absolutely didn't look to have anything of the sort. I'm also not upset that there are other routes available, even the prostitution, trans stuff, and whatever else. I think choices in a game are great, as long as they don't completely derail everything in the game. (The prostitution isn't necessarily tied to the trans stuff; the MC can also offer himself to old women, which is why I listed them separately.)
The thing that irritates me is that choices don't seem to be respected. If your MC's hateful on purpose, later on he might act loving and kind. If he tries for romance, he later gets forced into manipulating and blackmailing others. It's just all over the place. That is my personal problem with this game. I don't think this ever could have been anything like in my top 50 games even, but it would be far more enjoyable if when I make choices for my MC, the events thereafter reflect my choices instead of just doing their own thing.
The results of choices are inherently uncontrollable, just like doing good things does not necessarily lead to good rewards. If every choice can lead to a corresponding result, then is there any point in playing this game?
The Trans character is entirely optional so it's not relevant at all. The problem with the Monique scenes is there is absolutely no player agency at all. You cannot avoid them. I don't have an issue with these kinks existing, I have an issue with being forced into them.
Edit: Hell, I'd probably even overlook the domination stuff if the licking your own cum part wasn't part of the scene. I'd still be annoyed at the lack of player agency but I'd say whatever and move on. Especially since it makes zero sense in regards to the decisions my MC has made up to that point. However, I cannot abide the last part. It's just fucking disgusting and I want no part of it.
Hell, even the MC's internal dialog after the scene makes no fucking sense. At no point in this play through have I made any choice, at all, that would suggest I was into that kink. It's just weird and completely out of left field. It's why I suggested it could be a bug.
I should also add that while the trans character is optional, it's not up front about the character being trans and that, for sure, was bullshit. I do agree with that. I just rolled my eyes and rolled back to before I interacted with the character and moved on.

While player choice is essential, those choices must maintain verisimilitude for the sake of the story's immersion. For instance, ordering bread at a bakery and receiving a nail would break that illusion because it's illogical and unmotivated.
Similarly, if the protagonist has been consistently assertive with Monique, a sudden shift to passive acceptance feels inconsistent and unearned. You could argue the character was drugged, but this explanation is contradicted by his demonstrated behaviour in the subsequent sauna scene.
And this shit happens in almost every quest in the game. The MC just stands there like a retard, because the plot demands it - even if it contradicts the choice the game gave you. it's very similar to old animes, where the characters talks for 10 minutes straight, while the opponent never tries to hit him in the meantime. All for the sake of the plot, which is lazy and artificial.

I think it's safe to assume we are not even halfway TBH. There are a ton of smaller subplots with various kinks and fetishes that seem likely to have a lot of further progression to go, and not all that much has happened with the main plot. After the prologue, we learn about corruption with the school faculty and that some facts about certain characters are not what they appear to be on the surface. Beyond that, there are a couple of events that increase the tension of the plot. But unless this game ends up being "1001 Kinks and a Barely-Developed Plot", things still have quite a ways to go. I would guess we're maybe ¼ of the way through, if even that.
