I think there are few games that I tried where the mc can really sissify other male characters (leaving aside the HTML that use real porn, I think most of them have that haha)the only ones I remember are "Drawing My Life" was good (the dev is now doing Homeless which has similar content) and the other is "Life of Desmond" (there is a path to sissy the brother of mc girlfriend ) but the mc acts more like an asshole if I remember correctly.
