It's been patched yesterday, per the dlsite notes, and seems to fix the big issue:

"2024.12.25 Continue Bug fixes and other bug fixes
Added cheat executable file to enable complete walkthrough "

Just needs to be redownloaded and reuploaded by someone that owns it.

So uh that 5th floor map I posted earlier....I had tried to check out the right most side for hidden walls....to no lucky then I rebooted up the game and did it again and found it....BTW you need to activate the flashlight after entering the hidden wall area otherwise your blocked from continuing.
Maybe I'll have an completed game save (but not 100% gallery) to upload soon.

EDIT: completed game save (again not complete gallery) attached now. Same instructions as before. I think some of the gallery stuff is broken or placeholder though as I did go back and check some rooms next to ones I got unlocked and they wouldn't trigger the unlock stuff.
There is gallery stuff to unlock when you trigger the final scene that allows you to leave where previous places now change slightly....however not all so a bit tricky to spot/find as you have to exit to menu and then go to gallery to see what your maybe missing/if your at the right spot. So I think I've unlocked maybe 75% of the gallery if my guess is true about some gallery spots just being broken/placeholder. (though due to myself running around for a bit prior to getting the ability to unlock gallery I might have missed stuff like apparently the TV Actor)

PS in that dark backwall area there's another hidden (that won't reveal itself) path which your meant to take to get to the final scene to trigger endgame scenes to occur.

So what kind of game is this even? Is it sort of a stealth game or something along those lines?

Did you find the instructions? Incase you didn't I'll quote my post where I had them which are still valid.

As a result here is my save, to use it go to AppData\LocalLow\FS\reiwa and extract the files to the folder, also make sure you back up your current save as if you have gotten gallery animations I haven't they will most likely be deleted/overwritten.
It isn't my fault if you lose your stuff because you didn't back up your save.

PS if you want to "sprint" then hold shift however you must have 0 active guards on the map (they can't catch you via looking at porn mags or don't exist)

I went into the game with the rating I put for this but yeah semi stealth game where your taking photos of sex to expose it to the world, although you had two periods with the first being non-stealth just go around and yap yap yap to everyone to get hints and learn about things. (also see cutscenes that unlock 2nd period cutscenes)
The Backlog is basically an hint book to say if you missed something, which floor it's on and if it's during the 1st or 2nd period by if the time is after the ~~ or before ~~. You can use the phone as a distraction tool once acquired too for precise luring onto porn mag or just luring enemies.

No it's the gallery which you can only fill up via taking photos at areas with the scenes in them in the world (the angle is usually generous too), to take the photos you need the smartphone recharged in your inventory, hold right click and then at the bottom left-ish area you'll see above "screenshot" text another bit of text will appear which heart beats out at you called "shooting spot" you need to look in that direction for a few seconds after hitting the screenshot button. If done correctly you'll get an notification in the top left saying what scene it is and that it's unlocked.

PS I did end up with one scene unlocking when I didn't even have the smartphone due to the cutscene showing the player holding the smartphone and recording.

For how to get past the guard at the stairs you need to find the hidden passage on the 5th floor to avoid them completely. (In a previous post I shared screenshots of the location entrance)
