The UI could use a way to overwrite old config files and also delete them.

Also way to quickly increase and decrease certain values (to not make most of the city obese, which is realistic in western sphere but not so fun to play) when generating city would be nice, as would possibility to regenerate singular bosses, force them all to certain gender/choose individually their gender and also a possibility to manually design them would be nice to generate some fat bastards and fit fuckers.

Also, the generator doesn't seem to respect the skin color configs if you set certain skin colors to zero. Personally I don't like albinos or the darker end of skin colors in my city (they look weird).

Truth be told, it doesn't seem to respect ratios between man and woman either - lost count of how many times i had to hit the "generate again" button to get a 300 people city with less than 100 men, irrespective of the 1:4 ratio i picked.

Don't know about this one, but usually you put the file (rpy or rpyc) just in the folder "game".

There is no a real slider for body types, because it's a result of the characters taste.

Really? In my tests it's working, but I can check it again. There is one detail in genetics. If you set a certain color to 0 for women, but don't set it to 0 for men, it's possible to have women with that skin color due to genetic inheritance of women from their fathers. Is it the problem? Or it happens when you set zero for both genders?

This happens because the generation has a hierarchy. First it generate family. Depending on the family format you have most, it will fill with the gender that fits the family format. That's why the ratio is not perfect. The daughters and sons, or the family with single parents, follow more what is setted in config.

Hi. Sorry about that. The v0.1.15.2 is using a different renpy version. Hence why it's "experimental". Some codes still have problems. In this case it's simple to fix.

Is everyone having the bug where discipline is stuck at 0? I think the slider might be working opposite, as in, the more submissive the higher the bar goes at university.

I just noticed that instead of going back to adjust the variables, it would be nice if you could do quick reroll if just some statistics aren't to your tastes by sliding the average trait meter and having the game to readjust/reroll just those traits instead of them all.

Does the game by the way leave some exceptions that are far from the averages? I generally would like to create some idealized city based on Hollywood where people are young and fit, but wouldn't mind few fat bastards and old farts here and there...

This might actually be the case. I just noticed that there are minorities of the gender/color combinations I tried to ban on the generation settings. Is the genetics roll an all or nothing roll or does it "blend" the skin-colors of their parents like in RL? The later might not be that big problem after all.

Something to consider is a reputation/pricing system in play if you decide to whore yourself out. If you're depraved enough, you may not even require a fulltime job.
I think there's a couple of ways you could hit up a prostitution mechanic in depth

1. Having dedicated returning customers who contact you via phone, could also have this "method" have a varying result, either explicitly recurring prostitution at a set fee for preferred acts

2. Sliding into a "sugardaddy/sugarmommy" type dynamic where they occasionally give you cash, but more often treat you to expensive gifts, food, outfits in *their* favourite colours and preferred level of sexy or demure.

3. Somewhere in between these two, something like a high class escort who gives a more *temporary* pretense of a relationship *and* sex in exchange for a set fee.

Naturally finding your way into this kind of work would involve some ground work slutting around for cash before the contacts and idea occurs to your character, with perhaps an unlockable trait to get straight into it.

Could be both for different circumstances. Also the game might do with a mechanic where the people have their individual "like" for prostitutes (similar to perversions), some building up their relationship with them by becoming more and more attuned to their "caretakers", while others feeling the usual repulse for prostitutes, even if they use them themselves.

After saving multiple character presets and starting a new game with hints off, i click on "load char" and , the moment i HOVER the mouse over one of two save chars, the game gives an exception that can't just be ignored.

So coming back on the professor job discipline issue, I figured out what the cause is. The "discipline the class" action and discipline gains from exceptionally taught classes did basically nothing against individual to individual dominance values, so the first impression that characters have of your characters when they meet with a potentially low value against theirs don't get an opportunity to change.

You can easily flip the dominance balance in school by simply fucking the shit out of several university students and staff until they're submissive relative to you. But if you try do it via the work menu it'll never happen. My recommendation would be to either hint at this in the help page, or change the way it's balanced/works completely.

Question because i haven't been nowhere near as thorough with looking into jobs and stuff in the game - how many bosses are there in a generated city?

I have met University principals and owners of the Nightclub and Pub, but no one in a leading/i can give you a job position related to the Gym, Cafe, industry or office workers in the City Tower, so my doubt.
