I feel you man. I haven't played this game in a while, possibly a year, and replayed it a while ago. I was struggling to play after clicking left mouse for 30 minutes straight. I think they should ease up on the story, since it is a porn game after all. They should build the story around the porn, not add very little porn to the already STUFFED storyline. It's like you learn EVERYTHING in the first hour while not really caring about anything. My humble advice is to reduce the amount of dialogue at the start, add some spicy scenes early on, and BOOM!You have an exciting game. Remember: Most people play these games to fap, not to spend hours reading and clicking space bar/left mouse.
It's like a Visual Novel. But without Porn. But it's still technically "Erotic" since they talk about sex but never do anything. I clicked left mouse for two hours reading everything hoping that I could influence the story positively. The options and the output of MC never match. I hate this game.
The thing is they need to focus on one character only, and finish that character up. The fact that everytime they update, they very slowly update small features for ALL of the characters like new swinsuits and shit. But the 4 main girls don't even have a porn scene yet.

I personally wouldn't classify it as just a VN given the game play and the fact there are puzzles. But I would say it definitely leans more towards an old school adventure game. Granted, your summary has basically held true. I have been pushing the move towards more adult content faster, but there will always be a puzzle solving element to anything I personally put into the game.

Actually that tends to be the popular opinion. Most people agree about the quality of art and are looking forward to the day that there's actually some worthwhile content rather than the meagre amount there is now.
