Alright, because of some of your replies (Cxx) I figured out there was a previous version with new plot and old plot still available.
I just finished playing the old plot and I can say I really prefer that version. Sadly because, even if the game is (maybe) not abandonned, the old plot is abandonned for good I guess and only the contination of the new one will be available.
In the old plot, the mini games were fun, the scenes and more possibilities like the perks and the choice to dark or light (I did only the Light one, I'll have to try the dark one later). Only thing I prefered with new plot was the 4 Houses rooms/potion room/more Helena scenes. But I think the old plot story was better about the diadem and how things turn out to be. New plot didn't make much sense for me, neither the bugged achievements since fixing the broom doesn't work the same, no lock on the door, no mini games, ect...

It was a real pleasure to play this old version (0.10beta), I just stay now on a really bitter end with unfinished Xandria scenes and dialogues.

I kinda have the same opinion about this. The old plot was good (but I think they tried to dodge the 2 stories with dark and light, would have been too much work).
The new artwork is cool, I would just like new releases more often.

Is this just another fanart or it happens in the game?
I found an old version of 0.6.5 in the deep search just to get that scene and I also finished the game for this and it turns out I can't find it anywhere. I hate clickbait -_-.
I don't understand why people upload the screenshot that doesn't really happened in the game. What a waste of my time.

Tad hostile? Free updates are free, progress is slow so I don't pay, but I also do like what there is of the game. I dont play it for a year or so then try out all new content in a play through.

I end up commenting in this tread a lot because every time I get a thread update notice I see if its game related (i don't really follow it so the notifications are all I go off) and most of it are people hate watching the thread. I get it, its slow and if I'd supported the entire progress that would be like 4 top tier finished games worth of cash. So i supported what I felt it was worth as a finished products worth and stopped, now i forget about it till updates except i keep getting comments like this cluttering the notifications.

I don't want to unsub for when an actual update comes out, is there a way to turn the notification to game updates only? I cant seem to find it :(

Honestly my issue is that when it was being developed (development here is minigames, scenes, gameplay) back in 2018 or something, I was a huge fan and would gush at the devs about their sense of humor, and about how lovely the art is and about how much I enjoyed newer scenes... There's a lack of development for sure. When I started watching, I was a NEET with zero professional experience. Now I own assets, have a career, and make adult money. I've dated, and travelled literally thousands of miles. I've touched white sand, white snow, green grass and mountain tops.

I do all of this, and then when I'm feeling horny again, I return to F95zone and go: "Ah, they still haven't continued from where I left off."

Hello, wizards and witches!
It’s time to update you on the development of your favorite “Innocent Witches.”
As always we’re starting with an art preview (available in the next post). This time it’s a common room for Gryffindor! While the artwork is still in progress, you can already spot familiar Gryffindor elements. In upcoming updates you can look forward to new scenes and events linked to this location. Perhaps it will become yet another spot for Marcus's "accidental" encounters with Hermione :)

Now for the main news on what we've been working on recently:
1. We released a Halloween update, after which we closely monitored bug reports. As a result, we rolled out a fix update (fix1), addressing the reported bugs and other minor issues based on feedback we received throughout the week after the release. Full details on the fixes and updates, as well as the updated game clients, are available on our website:

2. We’ve been continuing to work on the next release. At this point, we’ve practically completed the first half of the script and storyline, totaling around 160-170 pages in A4 format. Soon, we’ll dive into the second half, paying close attention to deadlines and optimizing certain sections to stay on schedule. Even though it might seem like a huge amount of text, we hope that with this approach you will enjoy a larger, more content-rich release of "Innocent Witches."
3. We’re also regularly reviewing and updating content from the old storyline to add to the new one. One example is the return of collectible Polaroid photos. These will work similarly to Alexa’s collectible cards—players will be able to find these photos by interacting with specific zones in various locations. For instance, they might appear under a box in the Abandoned wing or in a dusty corner under a bed in the Hufflepuff dorms.

Speaking of Polaroid photos, by popular demand, our animator experimented with turning one of these photos into a “magical photo” version with a moving image. For testing, we chose the (not) Daphne photo, which is given by Helena in Act One as a kind of a test of wits. The result turned out pretty good, and this animation is now in the game and will be included in the next release. You can check it out here: In addition, the animations are currently being added to another three photos which will be a part of the next update.
Finally, we haven’t forgotten about the events and additions which were mentioned in previous news but haven’t yet made it into the game for various reasons. Over the next few weeks, we plan to work on them more closely and focus on wrapping them up and adding some of them into the game. Since there’s some time after the latest release that can be used on this, we can work on these tasks while the team works on scriptwriting and art creation.

And now, it’s time for our traditional poll. We’ve released a new patch with a Halloween event, and we’d love to hear your feedback! How did you like the update?

1. I loved it!
2. It was okay, but I was expecting more.
3. I didn’t like it at all!
4. I want to see the result.

Boring. Why not spice things up a little by enchanting those photos to even more sinister eh?
like whosoever grab the photo, they are forbidden to wear clothes for a whole day!! Bwahahaha.

I never thought that it is that easy for those photos to be found. Who knows there will be many traps? Well, not surprising that this is Hogwarts after all :p.

To be honest, I'm not so interested in 'mini games first then rewards later'. I'm more like onto 'Devious Device' from Skyrim V.
