Hello, witches and wizards! ✨
Today we’d like to share what we’ve accomplished over the past ten days, where the upcoming releases currently stand, and what tasks lie ahead.
As always, let’s start with an art preview (available in the next post).
This artwork depicts Xandria in the Potions classroom late at night. No one else around — only the soft glow of a candle and the mysterious shimmer of a potion in the cauldron illuminating the lab, creating an atmosphere of magic, secrets, and a touch of madness.

Now, on to the main news!
Over the past ten days, we’ve continued active work on the upcoming releases — versions 0.12B and 0.13A, as well as the seasonal New Year update.
Let’s start with a few words about the holiday patch. At this point, both the art and the texts for this event are complete. Everything is fully ready to be inserted into the game, and we’ll begin that process right after finishing work on 0.12B.
Next, let’s look at the current development status of 0.12B — specifically, how each part of the patch is progressing. At the moment, the art and texts are fully completed; what remains is their integration into the game code, followed by iterative testing and final polishing.
Here’s the current progress of the main elements:
- Continuation of the scenes with the prefects from 0.12A — awaiting insertion into the code;
- Hermione’s mini-game and new Polaroid photos — awaiting insertion into the code;
- Continuation of the Abandoned Toilet events — some scenes have been inserted and tested, Live2D animation adjustments are in progress, after which insertion will continue;
- The “Leaving the Office at Night” event — the current active task, content is being inserted;
- Luna’s event related to her victory in the “Miss Hogwarts” contest — fully implemented and tested;
- The Elf Maid event — fully implemented and tested;
- The new main menu background featuring Susan Bones + modifications (an unplanned addition) — fully implemented and tested.
As you can see, more than half of the tasks have already been inserted into the game or are in active progress. Alongside these, smaller tasks are also being handled, such as bug fixes and gameplay optimization.
Finally, let’s talk a bit about 0.13A, the next major update after 0.12B. Last week (specifically on Sunday), the writing team completed the texts for one of the three main storylines in this patch. In it, players will get to know the inspector, who recently arrived at Hogwarts on behalf of the Ministry of Magic, a little bit better. She appears strict and demanding, but at the same time, she’s not opposed to teasing the “innocent” temporary Headmaster just a little. However, like many other ladies in the castle, she has her own desires — and when no one’s watching, she might just indulge them...
According to our current plan, we expect to finish the writing for 0.13A by the end of the year. This means that we’re aiming to release version 0.12B, followed by the New Year seasonal update, and then 0.13A a bit later — still during the winter of 2025–2026.
In the next ten days, the team will continue inserting content for 0.12B, bringing the release closer with each passing day.
