As is often pointed out here, it's hard to know from someone's brief plea "How can I get Kate to progress now? She's already ...", what other steps you have completed or not yet completed for Kate. It's a game of many and complex triggers ...
But always, consulting the official Walkthrough! (Which by the way, as people moan a lot on here, IS quite vague in places, and there are also some small numbering errors in it. It's partly because clearly English is not the first language of the writers of the Walkthrough that creates some vagueness, a lack of clarity on certain points where the vocabulary, syntax, grammar don't quite work ... but even more than that, I think, the developers don't want to spoil the content of the actions, the experience of the discoveries, and prefer to leave something left to play, not just to click through to the end.)
You're talking of "Insexsity (dreams)" (*), then - the exalted sexual, philosophical and/or spiritual visions or fantasies that Kate experiences, occasionally when meditating in the gym, but mostly in bed at night, after watching too much racy TV.
(*= Section 15 of the WT, esp 15.9 in this case, High Dreams Level 6.)
So, using the Walkthrough cross-references, have you done all of: 8.9 (3x drink in Club variations), 5.2 talk to Anna (who's mysteriously replaced Eva), 2.4 Nina on a Monday in the hallway (if Kate has the small amount of cash to buy a lease on her apartment), 28.3 Oliver doing his magic again, this time in the bank, 34.3 Nina again creeping into the kitchen and getting her to sign documentation, 33.6 the SECOND jar of honey from Edwin, 15.9 Kate in her room, taking that honey, her visions going weird, and taking the big hand - I don't mean applause - offered to her?
If you've done all those steps in the WT, in approx that order I think, there must be some other "qualifying precondition step" (trigger) missing somewhere along your way!
