It's a game that I just couldn't get myself to play since there were always others. The rar file was just kind of forgotten. I finally checked it out recently. The lack of animations and pregnancy scenes gives me the idea that it was rushed towards the end, maybe the dev lost interest? It could be much better with more effort. It'ld be great if someone would "copy" this project and turned it into a proper game. I loved the characters but it was nothing but a tease.

Huh? Game had plenty of animations and I guess the final pregnant CG kind pf counts.
Anyways it was rushed because the dev got in hot waters with Patreon and the artist wanted to move on.
You wont get anyone to work for free on this because Patreon will kill it, be it for shota, loli or incest.

I wouldn't say "plenty", It had a few and most of them were in useless scenes. Only like 1 out of 10 scenes had animation and it wasn't good. Patreon isn't really the only option, there's Subscribe Star. Patreon already hurt a bunch of games, people need to get out of that psychology where they think Patreon is good for adult games. It's not. I'ld not support a project that convinced me to support, if it was on Patreon, I don't want a cent of mine going into their pockets.

Subscriberstar is to Patreon what Bitchute is to Youtube. What those people who would tackle this game would make they would make tenfold on Patreon with a safer fetish. And will remain as such unless an influencer moves to it but that wont happen and who does needs to be Dark Cookie or Icstor tier.
The lack of loli games should tell you that much.

The thing is incest, loli and shota themes played a major role in making adult games so popular. Actually, for my point of view, they started all of this. So yeah, it's easy to say just remove "this, that and that" but what you'll end up with is just a shell of what it's meant to be. Some creators moved to SS, most of them chose to butcher their games. SS isn't perfect but it's better than Patreon.

Its only better if you dont mind getting your dosh cut and its mostly a passion project but lets face it, most devs only care to get money.

In terms of loli games, western creators never really provided much, Japanese did and thankfully Japanese creators aren't vulnerable to Patreon. Btw, as long as pricing is comparable, it doesn't really matter which one is more "popular". It's a platform to get your donations, not a platform to advertise your project. Some people might dislike sites like f95 but they're the major factor responsible for advertising. I "discovered" many adult game creators through Patreon, %99 of them were not good. I found people with real potential in sites like this by playing their game directly. Most people play the game first then find the creator to support, it doesn't matter if it's the site A or site B in terms of advertisement. SS is really the best bet aganist Patreon. It's slowly getting more publicity but especially creators who have been effected by Patreon's policies should man up and switch.

Subscriberstar charges more than Patreon and thats a big reason why its a more niche site.
Like Bitchute it offers less censorship but like that most people would rather go to the mainstream platform due to familiarity and that it looks less shaddy due to brand recognition.
The only way i see SS ever taking off is if Patreon outright ban incest with no work arounds accepted but until then accept that most devs are willing to compromise because its their livelihood.

If your game doesn't have incest because you're worried about patreon policies, I'ld say you'll earn much less than you would with an incest game of the same quality. The top earning adult games took off with incest theme. If you change your game mid-development because of patreon, you're going to lose some support. I think the worst case was School of Lust lost about 200 out of 1700 patrons plus spent their efforts and time to turn the characters fat and ugly due to patreon's demands. Do they even try to switch? No. The pricing of SS is negotiable btw, if you already had a significant patron pool, they'ld offer you much better pricing. I think for most creators that we know of, the pricing would be favorable. Only problem is people created a monopoly in their heads where there's no need for it.

The dev is done with this game b/c it can't be reconciled with Patreon (their newer game is Erolon: Dungeon Bound). However, they kindly provided a way to mod the game and there is hope for mods to be made, or you could make one yourself...Any word from the dev's if they will add more extra content in the future of this game?
Ok, here's my first impression based on the first 40 minutes or so:
Pros:
+ Plenty of taboos handled in a non-creepy way. I know some people would say that incest by itself is already creepy, but let me explain. In a lot of incest games it's handled in a way that feels 'too real', and that's usually a huge turnoff for me. Insexual Awakening is clearly a feel-good game that doesn't dwell in the 'oh but this is wrong' aspect too much.
+ Lots of sexy heroines with different body types. My biggest problem with other incest games like Snow Daze is that all the girls had the same basic body type. Insexual Awakening has much more variety. You've got a cute loli sister, a hot and tan athletic sister, a curvy but flabby milf, a goth loli cousin, an aunt with moderate proportions and even a sexy grandma (no, I'm not kidding).
+ Plenty of butt stuff. I'm an ass-man to the bone. Probably 99% of the porn I consume is focused on the buttocks. I've also grown to love anal to the point where I consciously avoid games without the anal tag. That being said, the h-stuff in this game is right up my alley. There's a lot of butt worship and Kira even has a buttjob (aka hotdogging) scene which is one of my biggest fetishes that I don't see in h-games very often. I haven't played far enough to get into any penetrative sex scenes but according to VNDB every main heroine has an anal sex scene, which I'm greatly looking forward to.
Cons:
- Some of the minigames are a bit annoying. I don't have any problems with the typing and running/swimming ones but for some reason I always fail the reading minigame even when it feels like I'm getting my timing right. I also really hate the sliding puzzle and math minigame.
- No voice acting. I know lack of voice acting is common for Western h-games but it would have really elevated this game into legendary status in my opinion. I was really impressed that the devs of Snow Daze found some female voice actors for such a taboo game, and something like that would have really worked for this game.
Overall: Really enjoying this game so far. I might post an updated review of the game when I finish it.
