Hm... I'd recommend renaming the downloaded save to just "1-1-LT1.save" and trying that. Also, try deleting that IA folder you currently have and opening the game fresh without any saves (if you need those existing saves, just copy the folder to elsewhere). Then, while the game is still open, paste the renamed and downloaded save in the fresh IA folder. It should recognize it when you select "Load". Seems like you're pasting it in the right place so that's ok.
A tip to those trying to do the "reading" mingame.
It doesn't work right on my PC. The key was learning you had to hit the space bar right at the very beginning of the RED area, and actually, a split second before. It clearly doesn't take the input in fast enough. I could do 1000 clicks right in the middle of the red, and I'd get 1000 misses (my reflexes are fine - it was a definite glitch). Anyway, just FYI, you can overcome the glitch by hitting your spacebar early. Imagine the read area starting 10% before it actually does, and hit your spacebar there (maybe this will help on other devices as well)

Well I think the main thing with Edna -> Simone -> Sam, etc.. works in your head. Look for some real granny porn (I recommend "the internet" thing) it is definately not a turn on, maybe not for at least 99.5% of the users. So for me it's ok to have a "hot" granny

I believe that issue is due to a graphics acceleration problem in Renpy. Many people have encountered the issue before, and they usually fix it following this Renpy help doc guide:

There is but no interaction between the two. There's only one truly lesbian scene, when Sam and the cousin kiss but that's it.
More interaction between the girls would be great, especially mother and daughter.
