Was intrigued but the fact that the name of MC can't be changed is kinda rough. Seems like such a simple thing to code. I can deal with non-avoidable NTR but reading some random name 24/7 kinda pulls you out of the fantasy. But I guess for cucks that's fine.

I was wondering the same. I never bother changing the names, I see no reason to care what the character name is. I find it more annoying when a game doesn't have a default name and I have to actually choose one.
