I'm generally not that interested in the game starting to go outside the MC's perspective, but I think the dev has earned some trust with the quality of updates they've put out so far. Like improving the visual side of things, this seems another example of them wanting to stretch their legs a bit and go beyond the confines of the game's early releases.
I'll try to keep it to at least semi-fresh produce.

The game claims that Jade is a futa, She is not.
Her being born like that means she is not trans, So not futa not trans, just a man with tits.
You can only be Futa if you have both parts. Google it.
The game claims that after a third gender was created by the combined efforts of scientists from different countries this gender was decided to be given the Japanese name Futanari.
It is an artificially created gender.

Hmmm well you should if you enter Evelyn path in chapter 4 I think. Did you got Evelyn sex scene in chapter 4 in that playthrough? I use URM in this game so I can see that is the variable that is triggered for that scene you lack. Look at the screenshot I made ingame in the spoiler box below.
