Most lewd choices in this game are:
"Have sex with character/Don't have sex with this character"
This isn't a dig at KN, it's refreshing that I don't have to guess if picking a random drink will lead to a sex scene or not.
The only choice where I think there's some nuance is the choice to fuck Maddison or not. Up until that point we've had 0 consequences for fucking whoever we want/however we want and I can see one making the logic jump that we'd fuck her as some kind of power play. However, the game threw up bright neon signs that she is/was a "bad" person and we probably shouldn't get involved with her.

Also no love interest is forced on you, you can choose every person you want Jade to get with, and the only NTR is netori or (depending on your choices) reverse netorase (in that the protagonist isn't the one watching their partner being fucked but is the one being watched)
