It actually does turn it into NTR If you don't help her but it's off screen if you don't help her while she's being touched up and slapped by Ethan she ends up giving in and having sex with Ethan.
He mentions it when you go with Zach just after Zach punches you I believe but at that point if you're not helping her you're a monster who doesn't like Erynn so it's not NTR to those people but it certainly would be to people who are completionists who wanna do everything even if it hurts them or a character they like.
Yeah i read that once around here, didnt ever went that path though... iam not one of those who have to do "everything" to unlock 100%, especially not if it include some dark path iam really not comfortable with.
And even if i wouldnt care for Erryn (but i do, like her some how, way more than alexis), not helping her in that scene where Ethan is harrasing her? Come on... i would even try to help a complete stranger on the street... not that iam a "strong hero" type... i am afraid of any violence. But screaming out loud "help fire over here" does the trick pretty much everytime... Just screaming for "help" doesnt do anything, but mentioning fire? Oh boy you will be surprised how many people are getting to the scene in an instant, even in the middle of the night. Nevermind... point is... i could not go that dark path down, and overall, i think i doesnt really fit the MC too... cause even if you play like you dont care for Erryn, the MC doesnt really "act" like an asshole throughout the game, even if you try... he is way to nice most of the time, and your decisions doesnt really change his behaivior in a way where it makes sense that he simple doesnt help someone in heavy need. Especially if you consider that its Ethan there... cause no matter what, the MC always hates him. Not helping there just doesnt make sense. I think, it shouldnt be an option here... cause it doesnt fit anything the mc is doing so far.

Believe me I hope so I hope he did lie about it just to try and get a rise out of the MC But I also still see it as possible as him telling the truth because of how Erynn is in that scene both ways
If you help she just stops talking and when MC Says her name she just starts balling her eyes out and if you don't help she notices MC Walking by and is saying please in her head basically begging him to help in her head and that's where I think if she did give in that's where she broke and gave in because one of the only people she was comfortable opening up to about some of it just walked on by like nothing was happening.
Not gonna lie watching that scene broke me a bit. I picked it just to see the scene play out and after I saw that i went straight back and helped her ain't no way I'm gonna leave my girl Erynn hanging haha of course I'm gonna help her.
We haven't really met him yet beyond a few minor scenes, but he's definitely not a good person the way he's written. We know he's dumped Emily after getting her pregnant, he's probably dumped his other family for a nubile track and field high school athlete Gabi, now we know he's already tired of her and probably, like DiCaprio, looking for a new barely legal GF that's literally old enough to be his daughter.
Laugh all you want, it's all fun and games until you learn Santi has been trying to bang Layla when the MC was busy with his wife.

Andres was a good father, he went above and beyond to take care of the MC, when he split from Emily he could've shrugged off having anything to do with the kid (it sure doesn't help a brand new bachelor having a 13 year old to feed and attend to), but he kept his end of the deal.
He was written off unceremoniously, and turned into a huge prick.
Became the guy who never got over his ex, his childhood enemy and a cheater...
And to cap things off didn't even try to understand the situation his son was in...
Some(me included) think he deserved a little better given that he was a man of character and a good father for so long, but it is what is and the story isn't about him(in my head cannon the 2 make up a couple of months after the end game).
Emily, after 2 rewrites i think Nyx finally managed to "clear" her(which was always her intention, she never ment for her to be bad, unfortunately it never came out right in the text).
The new, "sending him away for spring break, but the kid chose to live there with his father instead" is a much better look for her than the old "you were being a prick so i sent you to live your father", so now (finally) she's in the clear, she's an alright mom and always tries her best for her kid.
Santi, he was a playa and froze when he got the news he would have kid, the unexplained part is where was he in the time after that? We see him try to speak to Emily once after he ran off the first time, but "he graduated and i never saw him again" is a pretty poor excuse for him vanishing, Melissa has pictures of him in her backyard with Emily, again "Emily blew him off once" is a poor excuse when there's a child on the line, the guy pretty much washed his hands...
And assuming he is indeed Gabi's husband he's also a shitty partner, and may be up to something (who is buying that he just works too much?).
Yeah after John kicked the crap out of Ethan arranging for him to hire Erynn sounds bad, and John is a guy who stands out.

About Andres, there's no point in trying to explain his sudden change of behaviour. Nyx pussied out (her words) from the original idea that Nikki's sudden death was the reason for MC to go back to mommy.

Here is a little background info I was struggling with big time:
Nikki was supposed to die in that car accident.. I even made the renders for it.. MC felt so much guilt and after a while he just couldn't handle it and went back to live with his mom.
But I pussied out.. I just couldn't do it.. I like the character too much myself..
Was it a mistake.. Maybe.. Would it have been better that way.. Maybe..

If she wanted somebody's death so much, it could have been Andres'. Similar scenario, car accident. IMHO way much better then throwing Andres under the train by making him a bad father and a cheater, out of nowhere. For me that simply doesn't work. Too late now .
