if it is Valeria, it means she lied to MC when she said she never went to the beach before he brought her. so that would be an interesting development, as she seems to be also lying, or at least hiding stuff, to her other male candidates. though it seems Nyx said it isn't her. honestly, I would actually like it to be Valeria, as it could add to a potential "broken" girl persona, with how her romantic views were warped by the relationships of her mother and her mother's best friend, and with daddy issues. there is no cliché "i can fix her" girl in this VN, even Tori doesn't fix the bill here
Val said that she is ok with people dating multiple people at once, but not when they are already serious with someone. so she is practicing what she preaches. she is most likely dating the gym bro, heavily flirting at the very least. and she doesn't like when he lifts her up
even if she met Nikki before, she didn't know for sure if MC dates Nikki, or if they are just friends. she suspected something only. being on the beach and seeing how they behave confirms they are dating. and if she didn't see the full make out session, she could see what lead to it.
Erynn was traumatized, in my opinion. Her first love (even if she realized it only later down the lane), and best guy friend, ignored her, left and cut her off overnight. then the bullying and becoming even more isolated. that's pretty traumatizing, honestly, for a teenager. so finding someone that paid attention to her, and behaved like MC, would make a pretty big impression on her, no need to e good looking at this point, only as a bonus
so actually seeing that relationship grow and how she perceived it would be pretty interesting, at least to me.
i think we visit riverside on friday, maybe even thurday, and leave to visit Nathan on saturday. the only way for the girls to learn that MC went to visit Nikki and Cara would be if MC or his mom tells them. they could learn it later if Nathan tells Lakeyn who then tells Alexis and Layla, but Nathan is not the kind to snitch on MC even by accident.
Damn, I would love to see a confrontation between Nathan and Zach after MC told Nate what Zach did... xD Also, when the whole school learns what Zach did to MC. I wonder how Layla and Elena and Val will react, especially in the cases of MC not being friends with them anymore
I think it would actually be an interesting twist if Val knew Zane too and has been flirting with him at the same time she flirts with the MC.
Not really a hoe but someone who keeps her options open and talks to multiple guys, make it interesting for a while instead of a girl that just thinks about this one guy.
The guy is likely to be at the beach when we go there tommorow, regardless of who is accompanying us, so let's wait and see if they interact... is it gonna be like people who know each other, have been talking to each other? Or maybe he's gonna make a pass at another stranger like he did with Nikki?

When it comes to Erynn i can totally see Emily barging into the room just to say "do you need me to drive you to airport?" and Erynn learning of the trip this way, Emily specialties are cockblocking and putting her foot in her mouth after all.

Yeah cause she loves the MC and is very fond of him probably why she didn't know how to answer that question would be my guess. I think Zane would be a bad memory more cause it is was led up to the blackmail and trauma even if it started sweet. But also there is probably more to Zane than we know. Is it possible he had a part to play in the blackmail and Ethan double crossed him? How else would Ethan know when and where they were going to have sex? Is there more to Zane that Erynn has yet to tell us? I feel Zane is to much of a unknown at this point in the game, other than he is the butterfly effect that started Erynn down the road of blackmail , escorting , trauma , going to Prom with Ethan. That's why I feel Zane would only be a bad memory for her cause I would think be hard not to think of all the negative and it lead to as she would recall Zane is the first boy she had sex with and regret she did because of what it lead it. That would out way any positive or good memories she would have of Zane.

I think, it could also be a bad memory because she actually hurt him a lot... she basically dumped him after their first time, out of nowhere, not giving any reasonable explanation. and going to the guy she said she hated the most. she might feel very guilty about that too.
also, starting dating Zane means that she gave up on her hope of MC coming back and forced herself to move on even though she could not without having real closure. so she is stacking trauma upon trauma there. when she discovered he was back for real, her reacting seemed pretty tame. We might get a scene with her real reaction later, from her POV, I think, when we get further down her path.
I agree, it happened early enough that she wasn't sure about how she felt about this boy, did she want just her little friend back or maybe more? She's a closed off person and the MC is getting personal right away.
Zane of course is a sensitive topic for her, but she didn't need to tell the MC about him to say "i'm single", specially since their break up happened years ago, mentioning "i had a boyfriend but we broke up years ago" wasn't necessary yet, maybe in a subsequent question we could've put her on the spot.
It's possible that simply the word BF might make her trauma flare up (BF>there was only Zane>what happened afterwards).
But yeah Zane is a sensitive topic for her in a number of ways, what happened afterwards, the break up that she wasn't ready for... and even how she lied to him.
Let's see what more there is to him than a guy who flirts with accompanied girls and surfs lol.
