Ruling out the most obvious, you aren't referring to the BBQ party they are planning. I'll 'guess' you are talking about Enzo and Adrianna talking about having another baby? As it came up in a conversation between them in the kitchen prior to the dinner, and then during cheesecake with Enzo's not so subtle innuendo he wants his cake later. Or further, at the end of the dinner, when Adrianna says that if they have a girl they can steal MC?
