I hope that since this update is smaller, it may come out faster. I wonder about the fact of this visit to Adrianna. Maybe Ethan will try to cause some trouble at school

The good one would be we are going to the principal because we punched Zach in the hallways.
Other possibility is Val related... Val's mom probably calls the school to say her daughter ain't going, explains that her daughter was out on a date with another student...
The preview pictures for the most part keep it safe, i doubt the pictures with Layla-Elena are on the Elena path for example, they are either Layla(+throuple still possible) or friendly relationship.
Some nice moments of Gabi and Tori "death-staring" you with Layla.
Most games, even those that aren't harems and force you to make a final choice, tend to let you get away with a lot.
You string along several girls and they are all blissfully unaware of what happens when they are off screen... your main girl doesn't get mad with the fact that you were fucking 5 other chicks at the same time as her when you finally commit to her.
Intertwined is the opposite of that, everything is designed to come back to bite you... even things that look like you should be able to keep a secret at first end up coming back.
It is perhaps over the top with how everyone knows everyone in some way, but like you said it's the main point of the game.
There's a lot of dedication to keeping the girls consistent, showing their jealousy, getting defensive... and giving clear signs of wanting more if they know you have someone else.

Bang on! It's almost like it's right in the game name, everything is *intertwined*, very heavily at time.
It's not just about bagging and tagging another LI. And there's enough different personalities that everyone should be able to find at least a LI or two/three that they like. There's already drama if you make poor LI decisions, and a very big buildup coming as all the LIs are preparing to descend into town. And that's what makes this one quite unique.
It's a game that allows you to be brave and create a lot trouble, but if you want to be a good boyfriend you can do that too... Just don't expect to be able to fuck around and have the girls will be ok with it.
Personally, in Intertwined feeding the jealousy of the girls and setting them up for conflict is just as much fun as actually romancing the girls, at least for me it is.
There's so much detail just under the surface for you to pay attention and appreciate.
And like you said there's a lot still to come.

The next update is "just" one in-game day and will not have lewd scenes. Maybe May we should see it. But that's just me guessing on base of Nyx' normal "delivery" time without knowing anything about the planned story. So don't blame anyone when it's not coming out in May.

One part of me completely understands the process of creating a story and I have no problem with waiting. But on the other hand I wish there was an update every week. Personally, I was thinking about June

I understand completely. With the really good AVN, I can never wait for the next update. But since I played around with Ren'Py and DAZ myself out of curiosity, I know how much effort it takes. Not to mention finding suitable assets, characters, etc. All in all, Nyx is one of the devs who work very fast. For the last update it was a little less than ten months and she just knocked out almost 7400 renders and the corresponding code for all the branches. Show me another dev doing this.
And what was your result? I have to see how it works myself, but I have no idea how to write the code
Will the working speed depend on the computer?

Daz completly is dependant on your GPU. If that fails, it switches to using your CPU, you never want that. Code speed, depends on how quickly you can type and understand Ren'py's python base.And what was your result? I have to see how it works myself, but I have no idea how to write the code
But considering, depending on complexity, just setting up a scene, lighting, posing of characters etc and rendering said image can take up to....or over an hour depending on complexity and your hardware....
You start to get the point. Sure, there are some devs who knock out 1000 renders a fortnight...and it honestly, it shows in their quality. Some devs choose to render at only 720p to decrease render time....perfectly viable...but kids want everything in 4k these days...so...it's a trade-off.
You want excellent quality renders, branching paths, subtle differtences in dialogue etc etc....you begin to realise why shit takes time. Making your own assets from scratch (ie not store bought)...adds even more time...postwork in photoshop after all your rendering done to either enhance of fix something....all depending on course, Daz actually does what you want it to and doesn't decide to crash when it feels like it

My result with DAZ was crap. But that's on the hardware. Ren'py is easy. I just tried to learn it, so I can understand the codes of the games I play and sometimes made my own mods. Like for BaDIK where I made a mod to win all the mini games I don't like and only have to play the two games that are fun. But we're getting off topic.
