Honestly while I'm in the camp that I'm disappointed we didn't get the beach scene on Erynn's path. It does make sense more i read some post about it and think about it. I think it would of been better / not as a big deal to people if the update went one more day and we got a solo beach day with Erynn or at least one more event / scene with her. Especially from a gameplay prospective it makes it feel like the chapter ended a bit too quickly, while if you were on any other path it felt like a decent amount off content / length.

Absolutely, this is what I meant. Give her an alternative beach scene. All other paths got something this update - Layla (tons), Elena, Alexis, Cara, even Tori!

So the impact of sleeping with Layla on relationship with Elena is unclear for now? Speaking from variables perspective.

I mean sleep with Layla = solo Layla route
and not sleep with Layla = solo Elena route?

maybe cause Layla is more of in the middle how I rank LI in this game and i see Layla more as a friend not a LI. While sucks to make her cry I didn't feel like a complete asshole the way you break things off with her to attempt to be with Elena , since the MC had the balls to do it right before he could of had sex with her when he realized what was going to happen. While yes the MC is a asshole for leading Layla on longer than he should of when it seemed he started to like Elena more granted it was was somewhat late into the game / relaationship.

I am not very content about the fact that Nyx handled the branching just right before sex after a date, yes losing virginity is a big deal but it is not like Layla is that-level prude and it was not like that they would be in a serious relationship. Also the fact that MC starting to daydream Elena after the hot tub party is a bit rushed. So Elena would be like: "they have fucked and I can't be interested in MC anymore." Real life feelings doesn't work like that, I guess. MC tries to be the good guy for the sake of the plot, which feels contradictory to the essence of "Intertwined" imo. the branching and potential break up could have been way organic and dramatic if been left for later.

I don't know if it is because I find I'm able to get hooked / easily entertained onto things easily some people consider bad or just okay when it comes to tv / anime. Or I just don't look that deep into things when it comes to entertainment because of that but I honestly always found her believable to some extent at the very least. Might be because the trauma Erynn suffers from it's easy for me to find some of things believable that others wouldn't. I don't know why I find her believable when others don't to be honest or if it's what I mentioned about earlier about me being easily entertained . Not saying she is or isn't as I believe that is more on a person by person opinion.

What catches our focus plays a huge part.
Can be said in several cases what is relatable by personal experiences.
Be it from observation or direct involvement.

Witnessing trauma of a rape-victim or experiencing it.
Gives different focus of its validity(point of references).
Those whom have not or do not.

Have limited perspectives on aspects being more legit/believable.
Does not make anyone less or more, just different.
However, it says a lot about a person expressing said events.

When it comes to matters in bonding of two vested into each other.
Events there are no mistaking the outcomes of.
More often then not, people peg it with what they know.

Even if it's only observations.
Identify in their focus, believe'ability value.
Of said story in question.

Some inconsistencies are hard-core for those whom lived it.

I don't play with mods either unless it's something that adds music might add a gallery mod but usually only add that one after I beat my first Playthrough as looking at a gallery can sometimes spoiler how close to the end of the game you are. It's not like these games are like Skyrim where mods feels like a must have.

I almost never use mods (unless you count enabling the console and remapping quicksave) -almost everything I do when stuck at something involves rpaextract tho.

I'll gladly play a game without mods. I CANT play games without console.

If you are on the Elena route, you can choose to not sleep with Layla and instead confess to Layla that you like Elena.

Also, once you get enough Elena points to help her with her cheerleading, you can feel like a bit less of a jerk by choosing other girls in interactions rather than Layla, primarily Valeria (like hugging only Valeria before the race, saying Valeria is the prettiest, etc.) and generally minimizing the Layla points accumulating. Layla’s reaction will still be the same, but it’ll make you feel less like you were unfairly stringing her along.

Yeah I mean I'm not worried about ntr scenes going down because a)i know this game wont go there b) even if it did i can handle it, ive played a ton of ntr games, but more I meant it just felt weird. Like why are we seeing this? What does this have to do with the story? (To be fair, a lot of the prior Erynn scenes often invoke a similar feeling, only way I can describe it is like you're reading the buildup dialogue in an ntr game, but then there's no sex scene - like all the talk about the Erynn escort business and photoshoot and zane - just weird, it feels like you're looking at a puzzle with pieces missing all over)

Nyx just seems to love to tease with pseudo-NTR-ish stuff. Not sure if it's her just trying to broaden the world so that everyone isn't about the MC, but between the girls all findng some teacher hot, Erynn going off about John (who is likely her dad) being hot, Iris grabbing Emily's ass, Erynn's escort services and naked modeling, and pretty much everything with Val... it's definitely kind of odd.
