I’ve been friendzoning Erynn for most of the runs though the game, largely because I think she’s the least natural match for the MC. Regardless of his childhood crush on her, she’s functionally his sister.

Plus, on one of the runs, I got a little frustrated with my results and looked it up on a walkthrough—and found out if the MC doesn’t help Erynn on her photoshoot, she instantly friendzones him. What the hell?—she has a giant crush on him, but because he refuses to do something which isn’t his job, which he has no experience doing, which makes lots of people extremely uncomfortable and nervous, plus he’s gonna be topless, her crush evaporates? It’s not like her career depends on it; it’s not like he refused to help her get out of being blackmailed. It’s one gig. Fuck her.

Layla’s probably my favorite LI so far… and Elena’s a close second because she’s bitchy in just the right way. But I really hate that you have to destroy Layla to get to Elena. Girl doesn’t deserve that.

I really don't like Erynn tbh, you can see from my previous comments but I think you are looking at that it in the wrong way. Before photoshoot MC and Erynn going around their crush and that photoshoot rekindle the old flame, so she does not friendzone MC because he does not accept the photoshoot when you as a player refuse the chance of rekindling the flame. So I think you read wt wrong way. Also her romance path is not over, you are just friends path that means you'll probably have more chance to get involve down the line. You end all romance with her if you choose not to help her or cheat on her etc.

Still bums me out that there is no Elena without Layla. I do like Layla but like many on this forum I think about here more like a best friend. So many things revolve around Layla being main LI, particularly the competitions on training camp, both the MC and Elena will lose their respective comps if you are not involved with Layla, doesnt really make sense. Hopefully we can get another route for Elena that keeps a good friendship with Lalya. Even if Layla can get over the heartbreak and will eventually want to see her best friend happy, she doesn't deserve to be lead on just to get to Elena. Although it is written well from the point of view of the MC, with all the inner conflict when he realises how he feels for Elena, as a player it feels really wrong.

That's the problem with walkthroughs. You think she friendzoned him because he didn't make the shoot. Instead it's only a variable in a game code which closes MC out from her lewd content for the moment. This variable can change back at a later moment in the game. If you read the dialogues in Ep.11 you recognized between Erynn and MC raised sexual tension. If he don't make the shooting this tension can't raise. MC didn't saw her halfnaked, didn't had her boobies against his skin, and he didn't need to jerk off in the shower and Erynn also didn't got the heat during the shots.

You shouldn't think about characters in binary ways only because Ren'Py works with True/False-Variables. Just don't forget walkthroughs are showing you how the dev works and built the game. They doesn't show you anything about plots, characters and their backgrounds.

Been trying out this game for a few days. It’s been fun! The girls are hot. The mom’s hot too, and it’s been entertaining how the MC keeps stumbling into embarrassing situations with her; I just hope it never turns into drunken incest. I’m already dreading how Santiago will turn out to be the father of half the girls in the story.

I also appreciate how the MC and Erynn are trying to come up with harebrained solutions to Ethan’s blackmail, but it’s obvious (especially after talking with Melissa, Emily, and John) all they really need to do is talk to the adults. Of course it’s gonna look like an impossible situation to them; they’re kids; they don’t know shit! Revenge porn isn’t gonna disqualify you from a teaching job, is a felony, and with the right prosecutor Ethan could do hard time—ideally in a prison with easily distracted guards and super rapey inmates.

I don’t appreciate Zack though. He’s a terrible friend. I knew a guy like that in high school. I think there could well be an Elena path...but it won't be by destroying Layla in the process. All anyone needs to do in this game is look at the relationships and the susequent fallout for being a fucking dick MC. It's all there to see quite plainly.

Now, unless Nyx decides to do a 180 with Elena's character and personality (because, yes, it does happen in real life that friends betray each other etc)...and make her a backstabbing bitch, I really can't see it happening on Layla's path (throuple exempt). Again, would not surprise me at all if there is no solo path and she will only ever be an addition to Layla, hence why she has her own points.

The only other solution is that yes you do indeed break Layla's heart...Elena is not the nice girl you think she is and untold drama is the only wway to get her...because...Nyx likes her dumb pointless drama. Let's also not forget that Nyx is more than happy to completely rewrite characters and her story to fit her own agenda.

While that works with some LI out there and I do agree with you but for me I just don't feel anything beyond friendship hard to explain. Weird thing is I do like the friend troupe and she very much so comes across as a friend first. If I have to pick one reason or make a guess as to why it might be in part I just just enjoy and have more fun seeing / reading Erynn and Alexis scenes more especially when they show their playful side. While Layla's playful side only comes out a little bit and just seems more tame in comparison. But in honestly it's more of a feeling / vibe I have for her than anything else the playful thing is just the best excuse I can think of as why when I can't really explain the why.

It’s certainly not impossible to date someone, then date one of their best friends later. I’ve done it. But that first relationship has to have ended well.
