There's Adriana points and also "good student" points, both could influence a suspension vs "that's not good MC, please apologize".
Zack also has his points table, which does absolutely nothing so far... maybe it will change how he behaves towards the MC in the next encounter (and in the future).

Adriana points increase her affection/approval(?) towards MC. During the dinner if you have enough she will stroke his hair as she walk by but I don't think there is any romantic intent behind it. And iirc you can only get enough on the Lexi path (citation needed)... never managed on the Layla one.

I know this is an unpopular opinion here, but I don't hate Zach as much as a lot of people do. He's really just dumb and horny and trying too hard. I could see a redemption arc for him if done right (which I agree would be hard to do). Ethan is the irredeemable douchenozzle, and Zach is just a dupe. Ethan manipulated his jealousy and frustration and thirsty "nice guy" tendencies.

He's still not someone that I want the MC being friends with though, even if he does redeem himself. The sooner that Nathan comes to Madison Springs the better.

Maybe he sees Ethan creeping on other models and blackmailing or otherwise compelling them to do things they don't want to do and Zach intervenes to protect them, or maybe Ethan goes too far in planning revenge and Zach has a wake-up call of "hang on, I don't actually want this" and stops going along or tips off the MC with a warning. I don't know what it would look like exactly, but I do think redemption is possible.
