Nyx said there will be a massive NTR scene with Val in the future and people aren't ready yet for that Scene. For me personally I cannot wait for it.

What are you talking about? She didn't. She spoke about a potential directors cut where there would be NTR and people dying etc. I would take all of that with a pinch of salt tbh.
From what I read, even more of the dark stuff with Ethan has been scrapped. Since people are sick of him.

What I hope for are scenes where the player gets to witness girls that he didn't choose or wronged move on and be with someone else. I'm not a fan of VN's where the girls you don't pick grow old alone as crazy cat ladies all because the MC didn't pick them.
For example, if the MC has been seeing other girls while in a relationship with Nikki and she comes to MS and discovers this, dumps the MC. Zane is there who is already smitten with her after meeting her at the beach. The MC gets the "man bun guy" treatment of Nikki rubbing Zane in his face.

They weren't exactly childhood lovebirds but childhood friends who have reconnected after being apart for 5 or more years. You can start showing romantic feelings for her but this is absolutely a slow burn for good reason.

They were confused lovebirds, the MC loved Erynn and Erynn loved him but she didn't understand her own feelings. The letter in this chapter is enough proof of that.
Which is one of Nyx contrivances I was talking about. Girls mature faster than boys and Erynn is older than the MC but somehow she doesn't understand her own feelings.

And yet you still ignore Erynn is a victim of abuse by Ethan. And for the ingame time, there's even a screen which time and day it is before the most scenes.

What abuse? She's being blackmailed but according to the game nobody has touched her without her permission. The trauma card would make sense if the fake Erynn scene wasn't fake. I'm no trying to downplay real life victims trauma, I'm just talking about poor story drama.

I thought the Fake Erynn was perfect and made sense. As it really shows how unstable Ethan is and how he probably is the one that killed Rachael. Tho from what I read in discord that scene was gonna have the potential to be NTR from 3 different LI if she didn't scrap her blackmail plans to wrap it up in the next 2 updates.

Honestly I felt the Erynn romance went too fast in the last 2 updates for all her trauma I appreciate it but all the same it it started to speed up out of nowhere

I would have preferred the real deal if that was Nyx intention. Right now that scene serves no real purpose besides trolling, which Nyx loves to do now and then. We already know Ethan is a sociopath infatuated with Erynn since MC's childhood.
I think Erynn x MC relationship has been great in the last updates tho. They love each other and it shows in their complicity, still the sex barrier shuld have been lifted already.

eh I don't see that scene as trolling because at least to me the roleplay hints at how Ethan MO is to dress girls up like Erynn and guess what so was Rachael when she was found dead.

Yeah i think Nyx needs to drop these dream sequences. Its pretty dumb. Otherwise, i do think the game's highlights are often just hanging out with the cast.

That's the problem with watering down your story to appeal to the PG-13 audience. If you dilute the abuse too much the story lost believability.

Also, I'm a little disappointed that Nyx is making so many changes to her plans just because people are tired of the blackmail plotline. I'd rather have her write the story she wants to write, but it's understandable that she feels pressure when her income depends on people continuing to support the game.

I have to agree with you but unfortunately with piece meal stories they are to reliant on feedback. If Nyx was producing the story and just releasing the final version for everyone to see that might be a different story. With the events surrounding Zach, I'm wondering if that was actually somewhat planned as he was searching for the mc probably to get close to him again with that half assed apology and then immediately throwing punches when he could have easily walked away. Not sure if I remember right but didn't the mc get kicked out of school before for fighting? That's not really a good thing to have a track record on so it makes me wonder if that was his fall back to cause trouble for the mc and his future.

Sorry to break it to you about Elena but her solo path isn't happening any time soon either from the sounds of it. If you want Elena content then the Layla/Elena throuple path is the way to go.
