I wouldn't care if say I wasn't on Cora or Lexi or Layla's path, if they hook up with other people (doesn't have to be shown obviously). It'd go a long way to adding further depth to characters. I'd care if I was on say Erynn's path, and the scene with Ethan was actually her, but if you actively make that choice to not be with someone, then deal with the consequences, as is life. But people would throw a tantrum and act like petulant children that all these fake characters in a video game built in Python don't purely exist to serve the MC.
