While i don't know about Nikki, i think Cara would take it slightly slower, if just on account it's her first real experience and younger age, not unlike Layla. (One could in fact make a point that it takes some weeks of living together with Nikki and Cara before they get to the point of having sex, but then their circumstances are different, with their parents dating etc.) Val also doesn't just start fucking with MC on the second day they meet. It's mostly the older girls who are so thirsty/desperate for some high schooler dick it can seriously make you wonder about their mental capacities.

But she still loves the guy and i'm betting that eventually she will "give in" and we are gonna have a conflict.
Same thing with Erynn-Alexis, girl is in love with her BFFs boyfriend, she's not doing anything... but we know she wants to, let's see how long she resists.

It's hard to compare the speed against "flashback relationships", they do happen very fast... but that's because they are summarizing months in an hour of gameplay(applies to Nikki, Cara and Iris).

But we also know why she has such a bad image at the beginning of the game, since her original fate was completely different. Oddly enough, she gained a huge fan base, so Nyx changed the story and she and Nikki were given LI status. I have no problem with the pace of the romance either. And let's be honest: She has a beautiful redheaded mother whose ass and breasts we've already touched... She has a cute sister who we go to school with and we have fun with... She has a cool dad who is super rich, and half a dozen luxury cars... Who's the idiot who wants to run away from all that?
The answer is simple: the idiot known as MC — after he picks Elena, Cara, Muscle Mommy, Melissa, or Val. Or if it turns out he slept with Lake. She does love him, not only we have the Iris and John scene, we also have this "almost sent" message on the Alexis path.

I think you could say Iris is very straightforward, or just forward -- she doesn't hide her feelings, and she readily makes snap decisions rather than spend lot of time weighing her options. I suspect her hangup on MC is in part because they've never had anything that'd count as a real closure. So yeah, she's kind of stuck in the "he's still my boyfriend" mode, even if she wraps it in a guise of a joke.
This sounds pretty realistic, and they never really talked about possible relationships during that time. Yes, Iris definitely has bisexual tendencies, and I don't rule out the possibility that she's had a pussy eating session or two. But I definitely think that if she got MC back, she'd be loyal and it would be one of her happiest days...
