the age retcon is not ideal, but it's better to be safe than sorry. and that's why we know Nyx wouldn't flirt too close to incest lines either.

It has to be 2 years, otherwise the first scene with Iris is still problematic. Which creates other isues...as he dated her for 2 years...now being changed to 18 months (pointless change imo but whatever)...the fact of the matter is... he was supposed to be 5 years younger than Erynn/Alexis (part of the reason she didn't take him seriously and was surprised, he was a fucking kid...

They are not going on spring break, they are a month or two max from leaving high school...you know, the actual legal age you leave school, Nyx seems to have completely forgotten that that what 'year' you are in is directly affected by your birthday. So if everyone is 18, they are due to leave school imminently...they would not be 18 in the Jan/feb of that year because if they were, they would be in the year prior.

So again, 18 when met Iris, dated for 18 months....3 months(?) at Cara/Nikki's.....the MC is almost 20 years old when he returns. Changing the MC's age requires a complete script rewrite of many, many things, again, all because Nyx thinks she is far more intelligent and smarter than she really is, and wants to continually walk along the white line of acceptability.

possible, in the intro, he does say his grades took a hit, but going from straight As down to failing a whole year might be a stretch, unless the school put a condition to MC passing that year and he failed miserably. the new school would see his history and sudden fall and think it was because of his moving and be lenient to give him a chance to prove it.

In France, the last year of high school, people are typically 17 and 18, and it's like that in pretty much every EU country. people redoing a year in their school history is not uncommon, but you won't find one in each class either. so finding someone being 19 is possible. though, definitely not someone that gets straight As

I got to these questions after "what if Navarro is Santiago/Mc's dad/Gabi's likely husband/Alexis and Layla's dad all are same" which is the current cliffhanger. There are many plotholes in this case. I have structured everything it in order.
So, you know you have answered the questions, according to your assumption that Navarro is only MC's dad and explain your answers based on that and how dev might be right. Our both assumptions will never be right even if we know the story and played all paths. I think my 'maybe' cases are pulling your nerves. I guess. (I'm sorry )

My point is everyone knows everyone, but not us.

In the beginning, My brain when MC knows Erynn, but not Alexis (Probably he forgot), Emily knows Adriana and Alexis coming to Melissa's house for Erynn since childhood, but never asked who is her husband for god sake (Probably she forgot to ask, but the husband loves the food at that restaurant). Melissa knows Alexis, but not asked about her dad even once (Probably she forgot to ask). Emily knows Santiago, but not his wife (Probably she forgot to ask). Gabi knows Adriana is Layla's mom, also sends layla to tutoring, but they don't talk (Probably they forgot to talk to each other). Emily knows Melissa, but not Erynn's dad (Probably she forgot to ask about one night stand).
