I don't think that we would have had all of the "He's not your dad!" admission from Emily, about Andres unless she (and Nyx) was certain that Santi is the MC's biological father.
It also wouldn't make much sense now story wise, for it to be revealed that Andres is the MC's biological father after all and Emily just got her dates wrong. What an anti-climax that would be

We'll see what shakes out with Alexis, he can't be both MC and her father (unless Nyx wants to lose Patreon).

I'm just saying, Emily seemed to bounce around a bit in college, first Santi, then Andres, then fooled around with Mel. She was a party girl, it's not that farfetched that there were more. Seems like being single was lava with the hopping around she was doing.

Lexi's dad skips out on dinner with the family multiple times for work, something that I can't picture a former athlete doing, especially one who retired to spend time with family, but a sports agent buried in paperwork, I could.

Why I say this is when the MC, Erynn and Lexi are talking about having someone older "hire" Erynn to get close to Ethan. Lexi mentions how her dad would help, as he loves Erynn and Erynn says how "He's too famous" and Ethan would know him.

I think the main reason why Lexi's dad doesn't turn up to dinner was that Nyx wasn't ready to play that card yet.
If he did turn up at the restaurant and if I am right about his identity the MC would instantly recognise him and realise that he's Lexi and Layla's dad. If you are right and Santi is their father then we would see a reaction from Emily.
Either way that card would be played and no cliffhanger opportunity and no "shocked pikachu" MC moment, when he finally sees who Adrianna's husband and Lexi and Layla's father is.

It wasn't just the restaurant he skipped. When MC is at they're house after helping Layla with her Spanish test, their father is home, but skips dinner to do paperwork, those aren't the actions of a former athlete who retired to spend time with family.

I really love this story. Today I spent 5 more hours on it at least.. This time I found a great soft piano melody mp3 song I'd saved from another game I gotten here awhile ago..but can't remember which one it was. The song's about 2 minutes long, I set the player at a low volume for background music and had it continually repeat.Thought it added a real immersive quality I enjoyed while reading the story. I wanted to share it here and hope that's alright to do. I usually check for updates weekly, if moderators feel it should be removed before then it's they're choice or I'll remove it if it's necessary when returning. Have a good day and night everyone.

Yeah, you're meant to think it's Santi but it's not, and is most likely Zo - or at least, popular opinion goes that way. I think one of the girls said it's their cousin (presumably Lakeyn?) who they're picking up from the airport though.

I just played through the scene on a Lexi save that I have and she just says "someone" so unless Layla says more if you're on her path. There's a good chance that it could be Lakeyn but I think that it could be Santi. Edit: Nah I just checked and Layla also says "someone"

It would be quite a short visit for her if she leaves on the same plane as MC. One of my favourite things about Intertwined is the way that it almost makes people see what they want to see and causes people to remember things differently.
This shows what a well crafted story it has, how different each path is and how it is the best in the genre when it comes to branching IMO.

Anyone else find it weird how Erynn is basically a carbon copy of young Melissa, but Iris is strikingly similar to Erynn despite not sharing maternal, but possibly paternal DNA?

I know it's likely to tease their potential relation, but Iris looking similar to young Mel is making me wonder if there isn't some Parent Trap shenanigans going on. Mel could only manage one daughter (as mentioned, she wanted more but Erynn was a handful), so John took the second child.

Personally i don't think Erynn and Iris look that much alike, but characters inside the game(MC, Alexis...) act like they are almost twins.
Erynn is significantly taller and has bigger "assets" , and blue eyes.
She's also more tanned but that can be circumstantial.

Flashback Mel does look a lot like Erynn, no doubt a deliberate design choice, the MC mixes them up in a scene and John also says Erynn looks like someone from his past.

Despite the fact that they may(or may not) look alike, it's a hard sell to connect Melissa to Iris, in the flashbacks she only mentions her daughter Erynn and she seems to truly not know where John went after they got busy, if she knew and was simply hiding it from Erynn she wouldn't keep the facade to Emily right?
