i apologize if this was asked before but im curious to know, is it possible to get on elena's path before completely breaking layla's heart? obviously i am aware its impossible to gain points for elena without getting layla to like you first but is there like a crossroad somewhere on the way where i'd have enough elena points to get all her scenes and then start dodging layla's points to avoid the worst scenario or is that the only way to be on elena's path?
i see that there is walkthrough for secret alexis path but i see nothing regarding elena so i have to ask

No, the only way to get Elena is through Layla's path, theres no separate Elena path or a specific point where you can go for Elena only... sadly you have to break Layla's heart, if you dont do it now it will be a lot worse later as MC will take Layla's virginity.
And by now theres no way to know if breaking up with Layla before taking her v-card will be the only chance to be with Elena or not, maybe if players take Layla's virginity Elena path is closed for good, we have to wait and see how Nyx will handle it.

Fun fact: Doing that stupid locker room stunt knocks you off the Layla path but not off the Elena path though it will lose you a shitload of Elena points. If you can reinstate said points using cheats, you may be able to figure out a way to get Elena without hurting Layla.
Other than that, it's fairly impossible because so many points for Elena are hardwired to Layla, and Elena's whole story is about putting everybody else's wants over her own.

Maybe there isn't a flag saying "Elena_romance_over", but trust me it's OVER, this is not some super secret way to do it.

Maybe you can break the game with some cheats (maybe you will end up with some Frankenstein... where you don't get a break up scene with Layla, but everybody still acts like you did break up with her), but at the end of the day there are no Elena scenes that don't take Layla into consideration...
The scenes with Elena happen in Layla's bathtub and Elena being pissed off about you breaking Layla's heart... there's no happy variation to that scene.
I mean the latest thing that happened in the Elena path didn't even have Elena on screen, it was an attempt to mend fences with Layla.
