I think a character being pregnant will be canon (aka happens on any path), only person that comes to mind is Lexi, this render happens if you're on Erynn's path at the beach.

If you're on her path, its yours, if you're not its whoever this guy is

From what I remember the only LI who has mentioned pregnancy is Nikki. She was concerned that she may be pregnant when she came back from the MS visit so did a pregnancy test, but it was negative apparently. I of course came inside her again while in Riverside, so who knows?
