i ended up making 3 different saves for elena XD
one where i break layla's heart for max amount of elena's heart points
one where i focus on elena as much as possible but dont break up with layla
one where i avoid breaking layla's heart hoping there will be chance to unlock elena's path without breaking layla's heart... though i did miss the beach scene so i doubt that its possible

gotta say, the path where you focus on elena but dont break up with layla have some interesting scenes in newest chapter

missing variables (Layla_End in your case) are almost always due to mod issues, or you're using saves that are not compatible any more.

thanks for the reply i forgot there were 2 different mods for this game and i realized they are compatible. So once i installed koga's everything worked itself out

Did you change mods? That's what happened to me, too. I had to replay my routes because my saves kept giving the same error messages.

i realized there 2 mods for this game and they are compatible. I installed both and my issue went away. But thank you for the reply
