The thing is Nyx already said that version 15 will brick saves and force you to play from the beggining.
So you might as well ignore this one and wait for version 15, whenever it comes around.

Finished Val's solo route just now, and have to say out of all routes hers seems to be the best this episode so far. Her and MC have some nice convo scenes, but also there may be a hint that she's being forced to work with Ethan now? First, when they meet at scool we see Zach spying behind and smiling, which he normally wouldn't do because he has a crush on Val sp that's already sus. Then later when MC and Val talk over the phone, a shot is shown where Val and Ethan meet on the street (the one that was in the previous episode) but for some reason she witholds that piece of information and starts crying. But later she said that either way she's losing a friend, Zach in this case, so maybe that's why she was crying, IDK. But its kind of suspicious to me. Then again, maybe im wrong on this, its just the impression i got

That bit was weird to me, because it didn't really feel like he was a friend of hers, more an acquaintance (or annoyance...). Certainly not someone I'd expect her to shed a tear over not being friends with anymore.
She is being secretive about what happened between her and Ethan, we don't know yet what kind of threat he made to Val but she's clearly a little afraid... and she's hesitant on both talks we have with her.
Her plans are still going ahead, the Emo party, it's still on schedule.
Maybe she'll mention what happened during the party... the MC needs to notice there's something wrong with her and ask, and insist...
She's on the clock and need to tell us what happened fast, because Ethan won't last very long(and THANK GOD for that).
Other than that i made a post touching on this on a previous page, her comfort with the MC is growing.

I remember a scene of her talking about him before(after he did some typical Zach disrespectful shit), how she appreciated him for being her first friend in town, introducing her to others like Layla and MC... but sometimes he is too much.
The relevant point is that, flaws and all she still appreciated him and considered him a friend.
For me this is obviously very naive on Valeria.
Zach wasn't being a good friend, he was just a creep trying to get in her pants and this was his approach.
But i can forgive naive

Val said to the MC while on the bus that she will always be grateful to Zach, he was the first one to be friends with her when she came to the school. We saw how even Layla pretty much blanked Val when she tried to sit next to her at lunch.
Anyone who has ever moved to a new area or a new school will know how difficult it is to make friends in long established groups. Even if she has the advantage of being pretty and that's entirely why Zach would have approached her in the first place.
She was then introduced to the MC, Layla and Elena by Zach, then became a part of the group on the bus and while at the track meet.
So I feel like she feels like she owes him at least her friendship and to not simply blank him without some kind of explanation.
She may even feel partly responsible for the breakdown of the MC and Zach's friendship. Even though we know what went down and that it was no great loss, Val doesn't, she just knows that you fought and that you aren't friends anymore due in part to Zach's jealousy over her.
I think that Val may end up feeling sorry for Zach and try to build bridges between the MC and Zach.
