as for the val's family, am i only one who think val's mother is the celebrity actress that brooke likes? i am almost certain that is already confirmed with all the val and mom scenes on her playthrough but i could be experiencing mandela effect

I think the leading theory is that Ximena is Val's Mom. But we shall see. If she is then she has the memory of a goldfish after seeing him in a picture and then after the first beach date with Val. To not recognise him when she sees him at the restaurant as her daughters boyfriend/guy she's dating.

She is my number 1 suspect, goldfish memory included.
She's a celebrity so she probably meets, takes photos with 100s of different people everyday, it gets foggy, she probably confuses people all the time.

slight correction... she is divorced iirc for most of her scenes (except the drunk hookup), at least halfway through the game she is indeed Ms, not Mrs any more. In the first half she is def called Mrs though. So overall, she either divorced, or Nyx changed her mind about her marital status.

There's definitely some inconsistency there, that maybe Nyx needs to fix while she's doing this episode 15 fix. She is Mrs Ramirez at the restaurant, which implies that she is married to a Mr Ramirez surely? That's how it usually works Mr and Mrs.

Ramirez is her family's name, now confirmed by her sister also being Ramirez.

Yeah I believe that there should be two letter types. A friendly one and a romantic one. Giving the romantic one should be points based or if you did the photoshoot with Erynn or not. The photoshoot itself is no doubt going to cause some shit with your girlfriends when they find out. If you also send the romantic letter, it could open up a path where Erynn cheats with the MC?

I think that's a good idea, give us some degree of control to the contents of the letter.
Obviously if you are targeting Erynn going all in is a no brainer, but if you are aiming for someone else you don't have to create (even more)problems while still being a good friend.

Still I don't think that they were ever married. Together yes and maybe even engaged, but not married. Her name is still Mrs Ramirez for me in all of her scenes, even while playing on 14.1. The class refers to her as Miss Ramirez, she never wears a ring apart from that one photo. Again it could just be an oversight or inconsistency.

I only downloaded the 14.1 patch but 14 I downloaded as a complete file.

Erynn is one of my personal favourite LI's but even if you only see Erynn as a friend it's still a nice scene IMO. I asked months ago if there was any chance that we could get to read one of the letters and Nyx delivered. I just hope that the response letter from the MC is just as heartfelt.

This letter hit like an arrow straight to the heart.
There's a lot riding on the response letter now, as you said it needs to be as just as heartfelt.
The MCs "play it cool" act has been going on for too long, it's time to step up.

It could've even work as an apology letter for players who did something seriously wrong on their playthroughs, like trying to fuck both Alexis and Erynn or leaving her behind (too little, too late?).

Yeah it could maybe put you back on a friendly path with Erynn, if she's pissed at you. Those who don't want to, just choose to not write the letter or even read Erynn's letter in the first place.

Make Erynn a Friend Again

And yeah, we need to deliver it in person.

This letter hurts and hits twice as hard if you chose not to help Erynn

There are my scumbag playthroughs, and then there's this one.

I was curious about what would happen if I made all the wrong choices in this game. How would Nyx deal with players who unknowingly or deliberately make all the wrong choices for a negative outcome?

These playthroughs go as far back as when I started playing this game in Episode 8. Many past and present players have tried a few versions of this kind of playthrough.

The main playthrough involves getting both Madison Springs groups - the MSU and MS High ladies - to hate you. Side choices would be: Getting the Riverside Ladies to Hate You through cheating, Not checking out or flirting or hooking up with any available side ladies, not being a good son and a good student.
