Do you use any mods? Maybe your system is potato? Try installing the 60fps mod if that's the case, that makes animations smoother.

The only option that is somewhat safe is Layla and Cara. They will just cry. 
pretty sure that given a choice between Ethan and the Nunnery, Erynn would become a Nun in a heartbeat. Ethan has zero chance with her.. end of story.
I installed the 60fps mod and it worked. But now I'm starting a new save and from the point when The flight attendant is in MCs house it just says "image not found"

been a while since I tried that mod, and certainly not with the latest update, so can't help you there. Maybe ask in the mod thread.

to be fair Lexi never asked the MC about the details. Maybe she asked Erynn, maybe not. Anyway she ain't stupid, she has to know how a photoshoot like that works considering Erynn is her bff, and I'm sure she's seen her in similar situations with other male models in the past. And it's way less problematic I'd say than making out with Iris, and she was mostly cool with that.

im not really saying he won't get shit and in trouble for it just that he could talk his way out of it on the Alexis path easily. Assuming it isn't the solo path and she knows about the blackmail, as I can't recall she knows about it on the solo path or not. However someone like Nikki he is fucked. So I don't see it that big of a deal compared to the other paths is all I was saying.

I think most are over-analyzing the photo shoot with Erynn.
Maybe if you have given Lexi reason to be jealous of the interactions with Erynn up to that point, and we know Layla gets worked up easily because of her insecurities/inexperience, but even then they both know the MC is close to Erynn(are friends at least.)
Nikki may show the most jealousy because she's already met Erynn and had the in-bed catfight (which - god, I wish we could get more of that. Nikki is at her most sexy when physically assaulting the other LI's!). I think that would be the biggest reaction.
Elena - would say 'dios mio' and move past it.
Iris - would probably be jealous and look to pursue a threesome.
Mira (if she jumps into the game as a real LI) - isn't coming to Madison Springs at the moment, so don't see it.
Valeria - would just be like, 'ok' and just go with the flow. super low-key.
Cara - cant speak to, I've never really gone far down that path.
Gabi - can be jealous, but she's not saying anything in public.

With Iris especially knowing about the blackmail, I think she would understanding escorting Erynn to the photoshoot. The fact that he was drafted to replace Zane might be tough to believe, but maybe not. She would probably be jealous of not being the one with Erynn, if anything else!
