It's entirely possible. Doki Doki Literature Club tracks which endings you've done through a persistent file so that Monika can know when to spring the "twist" on you.
In simple terms, you'd just need some kind of flag set and then when you're on a new run, have the game check for it in your persistent file.

Ah right, I wasn't sure how easily it could be done. I've never played that particular VN, the style doesn't really appeal to me.

Imagine a VN hardcore mode, where LI's always remember how you hurt them in previous runs. Like there's a permanent negative score with them. Now that would make for some interesting runs, though would be pretty much impossible to develop.
You do this run and then the next run her first words on the plane are "Are you ready to not be a disgusting piece of shit now?"

Well, because at first, i tried to break up with Layla, but in the end, Lexi broke me up too right away. But since i'm enjoying more scene with Lexi, i tried again but this time tried to hide the whole truth from Layla, i didn't expected that those scene coming later on HAHAHAHA

That's just standard AVN player behaviour, i too expected to be able to get away with anything.
Why not date the 2 sisters? Plus their best friends? Maybe bang their mom while i'm at it... i'm sure nothing bad will hap... and then that scene hits and it's a big "oh shit" moment, because that's not how these things play out on 90% of the AVNs out there.

Yes try to avoid getting too many points with Layla, you can still be friendly, just not flirty. Then get maximum points with Valeria during training camp.

Or what will happen later if MC both banging Nikki and Alexis, especially with those vomit scenes from both of girls that hint us they possibly pregnant at same time while dating MC.

I don't remember the exact details but I think enough people complained that Nyx relaxed the choice, so we have what we have currently. It's one of the things she's going to address again with the next update, I think she's reverting it to being more restrictive again.

I don't remember the exact details but I think enough people complained that Nyx relaxed the choice, so we have what we have currently. It's one of the things she's going to address again with the next update, I think she's reverting it to being more restrictive again.

Oh my, maybe it will be choice between high schooler life or adult life then, since layla path and erynn path is like polar. Either way is good in my opinion, all the matter now is sex with erynn HAHAHAHAA

In theory it wouldn't be too difficult. Just a New Game+ type scenario. Load in a save file from the last run. Add a bunch of code to make sure certain criteria are met and add in a few extra lines of dialogue and renders. The only odd thing would be is how the hell can these people tell what happened in the future, which, technically is the past, but and future in one! Burn the witches!

I think we just need a couple of scenes of them being suspicious of something, for example there's scene where Erynn sees Layla's panties from training camp, maybe make her more inquisitive and jealous in this scene, asking about who's panties this is.
You also straight up tell Erynn that you are going to Layla for a hot tub party, another good opportunity for jealousy... and for Erynn to stand her ground.
Similar things for Layla when she sees Erynn driving you to school, she can show a little worry about something going on between you 2.
You can involve Alexis too, since she is the connective tissue, Erynn's friend and Layla's sister, she can be the person who first figures out you are up to no good.

Add a couple of cut off points for both relationships... and if you don't take those... you get caught and punished.

Yeah, i don't think this one is good fit.
But you can have Alexis dressing down the MC in a "i know what you are up to" scene.
"If you keep playing with my sister and BFF i will fucking ruin you".

From there you can make a choice between Erynn and Layla... or test Alexis... to ugly consequences.

I would love for Erynn working at the school to be the final destination of these issues.

Hasn't she already said she wants to go back to the original plan? If you go home with Layla, you'll cut off Erynn's route; if you stay with Erynn, you'll cut off Layla's route.

Nyx mentioned she was considering going back to this system, she didn't say her final decision, it was just under consideration.
I still think it's a bad design to push this decision at that point.

And a later confrontation could be quite entertaining

It would also make the Layla path kinda "empty", you can't combine her with Val, can't combine her with Alexis(you can say ASP, but not much happens in ASP) and now you wouldn't be able to combine her with Erynn...
The only possible conflict is Gabi and maybe Iris(plus Riverside sisters).

That was our original thinking as to where Nyx was going. But it turned out that Nyx "forgot" that you can date Layla and Erynn at the same time without any consequences. That's why she said about making the "Go with Layla" or "Stay with Erynn" early option be a romance on or off option for them both.
